Incredible customer experience. Handle was damaged a couple years ago by my partner accidentally. This was not a flaw of the product, any knife would’ve received similar level of damage. This is my main chef knife and after a couple years of putting up with it, as a good knife is expensive, I asked customer service if a handle could be replaced.

After taking some details from me they sent me a brand new one. Worth currently £139.99. I hadn’t even really asked for them to replace, I was just curious if there was anything I could do, as blade was still very good.

Absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received. Will always start there when looking for knives now. Thanks Wusthof!

Heb een paar jaar geleden 2 messen van het merk Wusthof gekregen.
Door onbekende reden raakten de handgrepen van beide messen beschadigd. Na melding bij klantenservice kreeg ik een snelle reactie. Na foto’s en ingevuld schademeldingsformulier te hebben gemaild wederom een snel antwoord met daarin een fantastische afhandeling.

Bought complete knife set block and all good until utility knife handle came off..I email the company and their reply was to send me a new one but haven't heard back in weeks as numerous emails so I give up now and another overrated brand I'll never bother with again !!

Bought a boning knife about 25 years ago, it has kept a great edge with minimal sharpening over the years. Favourite knife. Handle broke the other day so I contacted Wusthof about repair options. Their response was to send me a brand new one under warranty free of charge. Excellent service!

Contacted customer care as had found broken handled knife in a drawer. Once I could prove it was a Wusthof with the engraving on the blade they sent me a new knife without hesitation.

Hier kann man die Messer, die man sonst nur auf Bildern sehen kann auch einmal in die Hand nehmen und ausprobieren. Besonders hat uns neben der großen Auswahl und den guten Preisen die sehr freundliche Beratung gefallen. Vom Service und der Kulanz waren wir sehr beeindruckt.

Ich habe selten so einen hervorragenden und kulanten Service erlebt wie bei "Wüsthof". Selbst viele Jahre nach Kauf wurde mir ein Messer bei einem Mangel kostenlos ersetzt. Das nenne ich hervorragend und kulant und die "lebenslange Garantie" ist nicht nur ein Werbegag.

Liebes Wüsthof-Team, vielen Dank für Eure kompetente Beratung und vor allem Hilfe. Ihr habt meinen, von einem Stümper verhunzten Messern, neues Leben eingehaucht. Jetzt sind sie wieder scharf und es macht Spaß, sie nun wieder zu benutzen.

Ich werde meine Messer nur noch bei Euch schärfen lassen- beim Profi, der Ahnung hat.
Ihr seid wirklich top und empfehlenswert und auch der Preis ist mehr als fair.

Wusthof were good enough to replace a knife which had been broken. Highly impressive customer service.

I am so upset with WÜSTHOF , 4/2/25 I had approached the company via messenger as I really wanted a good knife to celebrate my birthday tied in with the 25th year of being a chef. WÜSTHOF came back 3 weeks later to say yes they were happy to supply me a gift to celebrate my achievement. I was given an email address to contact which to this day nobody has responded. I did get another message on may 21st after I had contacted them to ask if my mail had been received to say sorry that nobody has been in contact. I have left a few messages since then and they haven’t been opened at all. You can’t promise someone something and then just turn your back on them. Throughout this time I have had massive mental health problems with suicide. I just wish you would have done what you said you would. 😔

Outstanding customer service. I won’t go into the quality of their products—anyone who knows anything about knives already knows how good they are. I recently had to contact their customer service (both EU and UK, since I bought the knife in Italy but now live in the UK) regarding their lifetime warranty policy, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I was genuinely impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of their service.

The knives are very good, but the customer service is deplorable. They don't reply to emails if there's a problem. Shipping is very, very slow. Following an order, they asked me to post a review of the product on their website. I gave it two stars because the knife was very good but much too short. In the end they never published this review. They only publish positive reviews, so I wrote to them again: no reply.

Excellent customer service from Wusthof, in particular Holly. We've had a set of knives for several years which have been excellent. When we had a problem with one, it was put right straight away.

Firstly my knife snapped in half , as a a chef I was upset , so after contacting them , customer support swiftly got back to me and replaced my knife …

Had a set of these great knives for over 15 years. Had a recent problem with the most used one. Asked customer service if there was anything could be done and they sent a new knife. Guido in customer service was absolutely excellent. In this day and age a fantastic after sales service which underlines just how good Wusthof is.
