Excellent product and service
I ordered several tri-lined wine glasses but found after delivery there was a problem with a couple of them. However, their reply to my email was swift and immediately actioned a solution whereby replacements arrived in double quick time. Packaging was second to none which guaranteed safe delivery. Excellent glasses that are sturdy, elegant and very useful with each glass subtly but accurately CE marked with standard small, medium and large volume quantities.
I am very pleased with the glassware I purchased and therefore happy to recommend Drinkstuff for their product and service.

Fantastic service from Emma in customer…
Fantastic service from Emma in customer service. I had placed an order for buffet risers which had to be ordered in and it was made clear from the start that the delivery time would be longer than usual. It was very iffy if I would receive the order in time for a charity bake sale but Emma kept on top of things and once the items had been received in Drinkstuff's warehouse was able to upgrade the delivery method to next day delivery before 12 pm. In the end, I received the order 15 minutes before leaving for the bake sale so I was one very happy customer.

Vastaus yritykseltä Drinkstuff
Dear Mr Colldcott,
Thank you for this Trustpilot review.
We are sorry to hear you are still waiting for part of your order.
This order was placed on Friday the 22nd May with a next working day service, due to the Bank Holiday, delivery was made to you on the Tuesday which is correct. A Saturday delivery would have been needed if required for the weekend.
We did also send you an email the same day to advise you two items were sadly not available for next day delivery.
I will get in touch to discuss this further with you and update on the outstanding goods.
Best regards,
Amelia
