Delivered very quickly. Really nice rigid plastic pint glasses. 4 were found to be cracked on arrival. Probably by delivery company so suggest you use a thicker card board box or put some padding in.... Näytä lisää

Very impressed with the quality and price
Very impressed with the quality of the glasses, the price and the reasonable delivery charges. The only downside was the delivery by Evri, they left the package on its side and on the street. Thankfully it was not raining and the glasses were extremely well packaged.

Paid a high delivery fee for next day…
Paid a high delivery fee for next day delivery for it to arrive 8 days later completely missing the intended event :( no offer or acceptance of my request to at least refund the delivery fee which I believe is not an unreasonable request. Shame.

Happy
Great price for the product, arrived on schedule, a little steep for the logistics/postage so I have deducted 1 star, but happy I got the product I needed.

We ordered the glasses and was promised delivery had to ring every day to catch and only just got them an our before the lady was due to pick up
So not very happy on this occasion

Investigating this, it appears there had been a system error where the glasses showed in stock at the time of placing the order, causing the slight delay.
This error has since been looked into and corrected our side.

Very competitively priced products
Very competitively priced products, fast shipping and very well packaged items. Great company to deal with.

No delivery refund on faulty items
Order some carafes which were stated as a certain size on their website.
When they arrived they were not the same as what was advertised.
Emailed, and to be fair did get a prompt response and the items were sent back.
However, just got my refund through and it’s minus the £6.98 delivery charge I had to pay.
Why would you not refund this?
The order was not correct due to an error on your website.
I can understand if I ordered a product and then changed my mind, but the fault was with you.
Really not a great incentive when customers are paying for companies mistakes.
