Top notch customer service! Even when it wasn't their fault!
I've been ordering with DiscountMugs for 3 years now and they have always been helpful and easy to work with. This past order got delivered to my local.poat office and the post office never sent me a "package readyslip", in my mailbox, like they always do. I spend a week tracking the package and never could get a clear update. I emailed Patrick, my salesperson and he tried to locate it also. DiscountMugs quickly shipped out a whole new order as soon as they saw it was 2 weeks past when I should have received my order, no questions, no fuss, they just resent it. This whole time it was my post office who were in the wrong. Thank you DiscountMugs for the awesome customer service!

Kent was patient and understanding
Kent was patient and understanding, as I am new at my position and was calling to place a re-order without any of the account information. I also had to call him back several times before committing to the transaction and he was very kind and accommodating.

Patrick Tubig was very helpful and diligent in resolving issues with the website and being able to complete my order. He helped to raise the rating. I am very disappointed in the lack of stock. I order twice a year and have had issues the past several times. Also, changes to the website in creating the order were frustrating and not intuitive.
