Robert Clemente was outstanding. He was patient and thorough as we went through dozens of iterations of font sizes and content to produce a great bag for our conference. He was able to go back through 10 years of our orders to find a similar bag, then recommended the one we ended up with. A great customer experience. He's a GEM, Discount Mugs. Recognize him!

Patrick was fantastic to work with. He was very kind and knowledgable and helpful in every way. He was very accommodating. He did a wonderful job helping me with my order.

We ordered 144 shot glasses as party favors for our wedding. When we received them, the print quality was initially really poor. The logo itself was very blurry, the image had a lot of banding, and white spaces between our logo were present despite providing a perfectly transparent .PNG. I almost took it as a lost but about 3 weeks later, a Clemente Robert from Customization dept. called me and asked me if I had any more needs for custom orders. I frankly told them I was extremely unhappy with the product I initially received. He heard my complaint and worked with me to correct the issue. He showed the design team photos of our shot glasses and placed a new order for me, free of charge. I was initially really skeptical if anything would change because we didn't modify the design or anything in the proof. However Robert assured me he showed the Design Team our concerns and quality issues. When we received our new batch of shot glasses, the logo was much clearer and we were extremely satisfied with the results. Now, we are very excited to give these out at our wedding. Thank you Robert and team. Great customer service and I am very satisfied with the product now.

Patrick Tubig provided excellent customer service. The design team made my visions a reality. They helped with figuring out the finances as well and worked with me to split my order to make it easier for me set up the payment. Patrick also responded promptly to all my emails, even on weekends!

Fast and thorough ordering service with great follow-up and savings!

Patrick worked very hard to meet my needs. I ordered these coffee mugs for our church. We put them in a little gift bag with information about our church, a few pieces of candy, etc... we give these gift bags to first time visitors in hopes that it will leave them with a positive and lasting impression of our church and help in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Patrick could tell how important this was to me, and also that I needed to keep the cost down to the bare minimum. Even when I was ready to give up, Patrick truly worked very hard to successfully bring this order to fruition. Salespeople like Patrick will make this company successful.

Can't wait to receive the product!!

The salesperson (Josephine) was quick to respond and very helpful in getting my order placed quickly and easily.

Josephine was thorough and patient with my design struggles. She gave multiple options

Robert has been very responsive to my needs. I needed a replacement of an item and he helped me research the items that I need and was able to place the replacement order quickly. The new product has not arrived yet but I have high hopes for them to be perfect and just what I need. Robert was responsive, courteous, patient, and never seemed irritated. I appreciate the good service!!

Patrick was kind enough to call us to make sure we were able to take advantage of a current deal. Super on top if it and great to work with!

Do not use this company! The quality of the printing on the mugs was awful. They printed stickers and then placed them on the mugs. Most stickers were crooked and were already coming off when they arrived. Three mugs arrived broken. When I called, they offered to send three replacement mugs, but they never arrived. Lastly, I work for a school and needed a refund on the tax charged. I submitted the tax-exempt certificate on May 15th. It is now June 15th, and despite calling daily, they cannot seem to resolve this issue. They are giving me the runaround, saying that the tax form is outdated (it isn't). It took 5 calls in a row for them to give me this information.

Very pleasant experience, quick and easy!

Patrick has been so helpful and professional. He consistently takes great care of us!
