Good value display product
Everything went as planned on time with no problems. Some of the magnetic connectors don't seem quite strong enough for the weight of the printed material on the side panels.

Hi Gerwyn,
Thanks for your lovely review. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave it for us.
I will ask Caitlin to contact you via email about the magnetic connectors to see if she can offer any advice or help
Thanks again!.
A pleasure to do business with.
Easy to negotiate the website and very friendly and helpful telephone and email conversations with Caitlin.
The time frame may have been a little longer than we thought it would be, but that was due to our level of ability with technology !! and our payment processes!!
Delivery of our A Frames was very prompt and the posters will hopefully be with us in the next day or so (now that we have been able to pay the bill)

Excellent fast production and delivery
Excellent fast production and delivery. The placard boards were produced and delivered within a few working days and are ready for self-assembly. I only needed to find sufficient screws of the right size to fix them together.

Disappointed by Delayed Delivery and Poor Communication
I paid an additional fee to ensure the item arrived on a specific date, but unfortunately, it did not arrive as scheduled.
When I contacted the company on the expected delivery day for an update, I was advised that the item would be delayed. Had I not followed up, I would not have been informed of this change.
The delivery was time-sensitive and intended for an important event, which we were ultimately unable to accommodate due to the delay. Despite paying the extra fee, I have yet to receive a refund after requesting one.
This was my first experience ordering from this company, and while I appreciate that occasional delays may occur, the lack of proactive communication and resolution has been disappointing.

Hi Luciana,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating it must have been, especially given that the delivery was for an important, time-sensitive event.
While we fast-tracked the printing of your order via the express print fee you paid, to ensure it was dispatched on time, courier delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control. That said, we completely agree that you should have been informed proactively of the delay with the delivery. The fact that you had to reach out to us for an update is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for this.
We also understand your concern regarding the delay in receiving your partial refund. I will arrange this for you and I will confirm the refund amount in writing to you via email. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our service and communication. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
Pleaseant experince with the order

Quality company
I had to get 6 large format banners printed for an exhibition at the GoDiving show which has just been held at the NEC nr Stoneleigh. I had visited 4 suppliers already before I visited Discount Displays. I was met by Linda who was welcoming. I was very impressed with DD's premises and set up and it gave me confidence in placing our order with them. Also the price quoted was very competitive. I dealt with Caitlin in sales after the order was place and she was very helpful and responsive. The banners were received on time and when we unwrapped them, the quality of print and finish was superb. I would highly recommend Discount Displays.
