Good price, good service, great product
Discount Displays provided a very positive experience overall. The ordering process was clearly explained and went smoothly.
In my case, there was delay in the delivery of the sign, as the particular frame I had ordered was out of stock - this delay could have been communicated better.
The sign itself was delivered very promptly once the frame was back in stock - and is really good. I like it a lot. It is just as I designed it and looks fab. I have already used it to advertise my yoga classes and have had positive feedback from my students.
All in all a good experience and I would recommend Discount Displays for anyone wanting a pavement sign - good price, good service, great product.

We ordered some poseur tables as a matter of urgency for an event that we have on. It was supposed to be fully white but when they arrived we took them on site and they had chrome legs so it was the wrong product.
The customer service was good when I tried to get this sorted but because of this error from their side, we had to rent some in and spend a lot of time organising a courier to get them for the same day. Their mistake in sending the wrong one has cost us £350, which is a real hit to take for us. The team were willing to swap them out and give us our money back but sadly that was not good enough.

Hi Kristian,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, particularly given that the tables were required for your event.
Unfortunately, the incorrect tables were sent due to a picking error on our side. We appreciate the significant inconvenience and additional work this caused for you and your team.
As we were only made aware of the issue the day before your event was due to start, we were unfortunately unable to arrange for the correct tables to reach you in time for them to be used at the event. We fully appreciate that, given the timing, this left you with a difficult and frustrating situation that a subsequent resolution could not immediately rectify.
We’re pleased that our sales team were able to respond quickly once the issue was brought to our attention, and I understand that we have now arranged collection of the tables and will be processing a full refund for you.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We understand that this fell well short of the service you should have received from us, and we appreciate your understanding.

Hi Linda,
You and your helpdesk colleagues were helpful.
The ask from the design team was a very simple one. I have used those images in many prints without resolution issues. I came to it with zero knowledge on how to do it and was very clear on what I wanted.
I was eventually able to do the stand design using ChatGPT, with the same images and print off via SoloPress.
SoloPress did their own artwork check and could not find any issues with the images. I know them to be extremely strict with design from past projects.
I also provided a mockup, which was mostly words and the image size relatively small.
It was a very poor design service on this occasion.

Best Company we have found
This is the second time we have used Discount Displays, customer service was amazing answered all the questions I had, products look great, I do my own design, but they go above and beyond by offering templates and an in house design service. A proper all in one company at very reasonable prices, quality work and relatively quick turn around and delivery times.

HI Oliver, thanks for your review. I really am so sorry about this. Something has clearly gone wrong, as I can see you did put a note on your artwork asking them to enlarge your logo and we should have sent a proof to you for you to approve before the sign was printed. I will send you a private email now to arrange for a FOC re-print for you.
