Hi Florina,
Thanks for your review. I believe you have already been in email contact with us about this issue. We had offered to collect the item from you for further investigation by the manufacturing team. You had declined this offer and said you would contact us again in a few days if the smell was still there and you do want to go ahead with the collection. To date we haven't received your instructions to arrange the collection for you.
I will contact you now via email
Brilliant product and service
I ordered a large custom-size whiteboard overlay for an event (1760mm x 1180mm). The production and delivery was a short window for us to receive in time, and it came well within that window! Thank you.
I'm really impressed with the service from Caitlin, and quality of the product. It came rolled up and well-packaged, and it was really easy to roll out flat and as the whole rear surface is magnetic, it went onto the existing board like a treat.
The activity we had on at the event went down a treat too, and sustainable as we can wipe off and use again. I will be coming back for future orders. 100% recommend.
