Initially it is not clear as to the procedure if you are going to use your own artwork - I had to phone to find out how this part of the process works - you could clearly see what to do if you wanted to have artwork designed for you but not if you had your own. The turnaround time from submitting your own artwork as to whether it met the required standards after we had been asked to amend it was very slow and I had to phone and ask and then the following day by midday when I had still not had a reply and phoned again. Once that was all sorted the turnaround time and delivery was great. Caitlin was helpful when I did get to speak to her via email or phone. Thank you.

Hi Diana.Thank you for your detailed feedback and for awarding us 4 stars. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry the process for submitting your own artwork wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and that you experienced delays while waiting for confirmation after making amendments. Your comments are extremely helpful, and we’ll use them to improve the guidance and communication around customer-supplied artwork to make the process much smoother going forward.
That said, we’re pleased to hear that once everything was approved, you were happy with the turnaround time and delivery. We’ll also be sure to pass your kind comments on to Caitlin, she’ll be delighted to know her support was appreciated.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing us. We hope to work with you again in the future.
Will use again!

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your lovely feedback! We're glad to hear you found the ordering process straightforward and that your delivery arrived quickly. It's great to know you're happy with the print quality of the boards as well. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again!
Delivery was quick, product poor
Delivery was quick, the foldable trolley/sack trucks are great, just the display boards are really poor, super flimsy, tiny clips to put them together, boards are warped and bendy on the sides so it doesn't stand straight, wants to constantly fall over, had to 3d print supports to stop this. Id go elsewhere and get an aluminium framed one for £30-40 more.

Hi Simon,
Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear the delivery was quick and that you’re happy with the foldable trolley.
We’re sorry to hear the display boards didn’t meet your expectations. They’re designed to be lightweight and portable, but it’s clear in your case they didn’t provide the stability you needed. Issues like warping or difficulty assembling with the clips are not the experience we want for our customers.
We appreciate you sharing the detail about your workaround as well, it’s helpful insight for us as we review the design and quality of these boards with our supplier.
If you’re open to it, we can look into a replacement or alternative solution for you. We value your feedback and are committed to improving.

Display boards for mobile display
I had 4 display boards for the Discover D Day educational project, Discount Displays did a great job of printing these onto Dibond.
They arrived well packed and were great quality, seeing as some of our pictures were 80 years old and not the best quality but all looked great.
Top job guys, will be back for more in the future.

Never too old to learn...!
After 45 years in the photographics business, one can still get into a bind, when it comes to something as basic as 'proportions'! Inexplicably, I did just that, not once but repeatedly, on my recent pop-up banner order! Thanks to the apparently unlimited patience of the team at Discount Displays, the penny finally dropped. The end result was a marvel to behold, admired by all viewers, so it was worth their patience. Thank you a million times, I cannot recommend you highly enough! Nothing short of brilliant!
