Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with both the design service you received and the second artwork proof we provided for your approval.
I appreciate your concerns and would like to clarify the nature of our design service. We do not offer a full graphic design service where our designers create concepts independently or add their own creative direction to a design. Instead, we provide a cost-effective artwork layout service, where designs are produced primarily based on the instructions, content, and preferences supplied by the customer.
Our designers aim to present your requested information in a clear and professional format while following the guidance provided. For this reason, the final design will generally reflect the customer's vision rather than a designer-led creative interpretation.
Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and I appreciate the opportunity to explain our process.
Great quality
The stand is fantastic. Delivery was fast and the quality is really good.
The only thing is that I had requested a mock up of the stand to make sure the artwork was all okay but they just sent it to print and delivered it. Luckily it was all good!

Hi Lucy,
Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the stand, the quality, and the fast delivery.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the artwork proof. You were absolutely right to expect a mock-up before printing, and we're sorry this step was missed on this occasion. We're pleased everything turned out as intended, but we'll use your feedback to help ensure our process is followed correctly in the future.
Thank you again for your order and for taking the time to share your experience.
Very helpful team

Always receive excellent service…
As usual I received excellent service and no problems with my order. This was supplied to me quickly and a perfect Diabond Sign to install on my nearby Millennium Green, along with others purchased many years ago and still looking very good.
Thank you Discount Displays.

2nd time to purchase and they did not disappoint!
I've worked with Jake Foley and Daniel Burdge for my orders since 2025, and I truly appreciate the consideration they've given us on our items. We're a bit late on our artwork, but they still made it work to be delivered on time. I appreciate especially Jake for his responsiveness throughout the business. We're happy as well with the product, which is the reason of our repurchase this year!
