DFS Furniture - Stockton Arvostelua 

After spending many days looking round various stores we visited DFS Teesside Park, and it made a refreshing change no to be pressed into making a decision .
After looking round the store and trying several suites we spoke to one of the sales team, “Lucy” who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out the various differences in the suites we liked she was very patient and understanding in our choice making moving round the store several times sitting on different sofas.
After much deliberation we (the wife) picked the one we wanted and we were guided through the various options of materials and sofa sizes, finally making a choice.
We also mentioned that we wanted a dining room table and chairs, and once again were shown and helped in making a choice.
All in all a very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend this store, and a big thank to Lucy!

Amazing first sofa-buying experience!
Buying our first sofa for our first home together was so exciting, but we had no idea where to start! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us.
Lucy was absolutely amazing — so informative, honest, funny and genuinely lovely. She made everything feel so relaxed and engaging, like we were chatting to a friend. She had a wonderful warm and welcoming personality and made the whole experience so enjoyable.
She somehow knew exactly what we wanted and showed us the perfect sofa on the first one we looked at! We absolutely loved it straight away.
We also had a good laugh about accidentally buying my boyfriend a hot pink sofa instead of the one we wanted, which I still find hilarious!
Lucy made our first sofa-buying experience so easy and enjoyable, and we left feeling so excited for our first home. The quality of the sofa and the packages DFS offer were fantastic and we are so excited for it to arrive.

Great experience from start to finish. The store was super busy on our visit but the service remained. We were given advice from Dale and ended up with more than we bargained for.

We had a great experience in store. When we walked in we were told we wouldn't be hounded and just to have a look around and any questions we had to find them. We found Dale who was just brilliant. He answered any questions we had, gave his honest opinion on what he thought was best for us and our family and had a little giggle with us as well. We felt really relaxed and not pressured into anything. We came away with a new sofa and happy faces. Highly recommend this store. The staff are fab!
