Great customer service

I was in DFS today buying a sofa for my first home, the staff in the store made this experience so smooth and exciting especially reviewing the various materials and colour’s. I would defiantly purchase future furniture from this store.

Lucy was fantastic from start to finish, no pressured sales and spent so much time making sure we were happy. A credit to the team at the stockton branch. She had so much knowledge of all the sofas and went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

Very helpful staff. Annabelle dealt with us. She is lovely! We were offered refreshments which were delicious. Would definitely recommend this store.😊

Absolutely superb, we walked in and was guided through exactly what we asked for . Dale was superb. Had a lovely cup of coffee and Dale was absolutely one of the best we have ever encountered… talked us through everything we needed to know. Would certainly advise anyone to use this branch

Everything great so far but today (only a few weeks after placing an order for 4 items of ‘sofa’ furniture and some extras I found that all items were reduced in price for ‘Spring Savings’ which would have saved me approx £200. Disappointing that we were not told about the reductions that would be coming along very soon after placing an order. Still awaiting delivery so can’t comment on that yet.

I was meet by Dale he was lovely he asked me if I had some thing in mind I did we went and had a look at it asked if the arms came off they didn't, Dale then showed me some other that did and one that meet every thing I asked for. Dale is very knowledgeable found the one that I loved and the colour. I was not rushed into buying eny thing. Dale made my experience wonderful would highly recommend. Had a lovely experience. Dale at the Stockton store was super approachable as soon as I entered the store with my three year old son. Having been in the day before, we already knew the sofa we wanted. Dale, once again, was really informative but at the same time, relaxed and provided a reassuring environment. He provided recommendations and clearly showed his understanding of the business he works for. 10/10

The lady who we spoke to the previous day was just as helpful but I forgot to catch her name.

Sales person wasn't pushy but kept popping back to se if we required any help,so you didn't feel uncomfortable and could take your time and not need a quick decision, thanks for your help.

Our experience from start to finish was excellent, we didn’t feel pressured in anyway throughout, Carl was very helpful trying to show us sofas based on what we did and didn’t like. He was very patient, explained everything thoroughly, we felt heard and at ease throughout. He made the whole experience seem-less and not a bother at all. Dfs, you have yourself a shining employee here!!
