Nice relaxed atmosphere
Nice relaxed atmosphere, made choosing easier.
Megha our advisor was very helpful, no pressure she gave us all the useful advice we needed in a very nice manner.
We chose a lovely sofa to suit our budget.
The only minus was the price of the delivery charge, I can only think it’s because it has to travel far.
Having said that I’m pleased.

Helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff
We had been looking to replace our sofas for some time and visited numerous retailers. Many products on offer are very similar but the difference here was the very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Every question was answered in detail, which gave us confidence in the product. At the same time we didn't feel pressured in any way.

Poor in store experience on at 2 branches
The in store experience in Guildford was poor. Being a "big company" seemed to be an excuse for inflexibility. I then established that this "big company" did not accept American Express, not unusual until you realise that they do online. The sales person assumed they knew things when it wasn't actually the case. At another store, the staff seemed too busy marking up sale items to offer assistance.
