Met by R in the Guildford store who talked us through all the important bits when we placed our order for one sofa. Very helpful and swift with the service. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products in store and the configurations that could be done.
He wasn't pushy at all and allowed us to have a think, even it is took us 2 hours!
