I visited the DFS Aintree store to buy a sofa and was assisted by one of the staff members, Celine. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to talk me through all the options, answered my questions, and helped me choose the perfect sofa.
The whole experience was easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Celine was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire purchasing process a pleasure. Her excellent customer service is a real credit to DFS. Thank you, Celine!

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. We were not pushed to buy a sofa, just asked if we needed help. Staff were friendly and talked through all payment options and after care prices.

Sales assistant Jessie was lovely . Answered all our questions made buying the sofa a pleasant experience. Sometimes I find some sales assistants to be to over powering but Jessie was realy lovely and made the sale as smooth as possible.
