I accidentally ordered from the men’s shoe section instead of the women’s and I emailed immediately to cancel my order! Completely my mess up so I wasn’t expecting to be able to, and as a young single mother that doesn’t really get to treat herself I was guttered! However, Donna quickly got on to it and was able to cancel my order before it was shipped. Donna is the type of employee that makes customers come back and I’m not only amazed by her prompt response but her lovely demeanour! My girl, thank you so much and I will be shopping at Culture Kings much more often now thanks to you! Just ordered shoes in the right size now 😆

Donna was extremely helpful and courteous in handling my request and the outcome was positive.

I had previously ordered from this company several times without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

My most recent order arrived with the wrong item. I ordered a red shirt, but instead received a blue version. After contacting customer service and providing photos confirming the mistake, I experienced long gaps between responses. It has now been 9 business days, and only then was I informed that the shirt I originally ordered is no longer in stock.

What I don’t understand is why an incorrect item was shipped in the first place if the correct item wasn’t available. Rather than sending the wrong color, I would have expected to be notified that the item was out of stock and given the option of a refund.

At this point, no final resolution has been reached, and I’m still working with customer service. The slow response times, incorrect shipment, and delayed notification that the item was unavailable have made for a very frustrating experience. I hope the company can provide a fair resolution, but so far this has been my worst experience after several previously positive orders. Guess you can chalk it up to the poor customer service. Beware if something goes wrong because they will be no help at all.

I must share my experience it was a nightmare Saved by a woman named Dona such a great help so Im new to culture kings and somehow my shipping address was set wrong well Ms Dona sprang into action and started to help right away so I did not really understand there process but she did her job and did everything she can well unfortunately the delivery service still delivery the package but Ms Dona yet again sent me help with my order and saved the day I really appreciate this effort to retain me as a customer 😀 My kids appreciate you Ms Dona big shout out much appreciated 👏

I made a mistake and wrote an Email, not sure if it could get fixed. I wrote the Email yesterday and today I got an answer from Donna, informing me of the try to change my Order. I ordered on accident a 3XL but wanted a 2XL. I waited the whole day and then just got the email that the order got successfully stopped AND I have my new order conformation with the right size.
I also got informed that they can't always complet request, so I am even happier that my request could get completed and that everything works out

Donna helped me so well. I was stressed about a shipping issue and she rectified it very quickly and effectively.

I had accidentally ordered a jacket in the wrong size and wanted to change it before it dispatched. On the day I placed my order, which was a Saturday,the culture kings AI helper said I wouldn’t be able to change the size. I decided to try my luck on Monday and call the customer service line, and Donna promptly assisted me by stopping my order from being processed and creating a new one for me. I really appreciate her for saving me the hassle of having to return the jacket and wait for a new one!
