Terrible service, I placed an order for 9 Von Dutch caps, placed my order on 31/07/26 then called up on 05/08/25 enquiring where my orders were as none had been dispatched yet, just to recieve an email saying they refunded me for one order, canceled two from another, and the other one is still pending which they also canceled items from too, which I doubt they’ll even follow through with that either, its just been an absolute mess. dispatch times are a lot slower than they used to be and they never seem to have stock, customer service is subpar too, was really looking forward to getting what I had paid for but in the end they only fulfilled 1 of 9 items, extremely disappointing by the service received by Culture Kings, A lot of waiting around for nothing, Don’t waste your time with this company.

Edit - you didn’t rectify anything, all I got was a half ass sorry, why even advertise it if it’s not available? Fulfilling 1 of 9 items is atrocious, You couldn’t even give a clear answer to anything and nobody ever got back to me when they said they would?
I still have an order hanging with no update, TERRIBLE service.
