I have never responded to a random travel email before and then I did! From the first conversation with HARRY @ Cruise Kingdom I have never known service like it and I travel a lot! He is absolutely superb and a real credit to the company. Nothing is too much trouble, prompt service, super polite, very knowledgeable, good sense of humour and is determined from the outset to answer all your questions (no matter how trivial) to ensure that you have all the facts to make informed decisions. Harry was excellent the holiday got booked very quickly without an issues, the price was as quoted and there was none of the usual "price increase" that we have experienced with other companies. Overall a very good experience.

I got a call back about a Cruise from…
I got a call back about a Cruise from Japan,that I was looking to go with my husband and 23 yr Son & spoke with a Representative called Andy in the last half hour.
I found him very rude.
He said the Cruise is gone & I asked if there was anything else coming up free for 1 Balcony & 1 inside.
He said there is nothing left.
So I put down the phone & he rang back a minute later & said it's available.
I asked his name & I then put the phone down.
I cannot believe the terrible Customer service from him..
