The workshop made me to understand the…

The cromunity workshop made me to understand the OCD it's types, symptoms and the curative methods like CBT and ERP. It is very helpful to me. I recommend to consult cromunity who are suffering with OCD. A big thanks to cromunity.

Extremely helpful.

Extremely helpful. I think the first step towards healing and cure is getting awareness about your problem. I have got lot of clarity on what I am struggling through and what it is called. Dr. Ayush Chandra has beautifully explained the concept in a very easy way without compromising on its depth. After attending his amazing worshop, I can truly say that, a journey to get over OCD will now become little easy. Interacting with a person like him is really therapeutic. Thank you so much Cromunity and Dr. Ayush Chandra for giving us the opportunity.

Ayush sir is gem of a person having vast knowledge in this field,I have realised that it is worth buying this course and I have learned enough skills to manage my anxiety and cromunity help me a lot I have made many friends in the grp they solve each and every doubt related to anxiety and ocd , it also motivates me that I am not alone ,there are many people like me who are dealing with the same situation, thanks cromunity from bottom of my heart ❤️
