Had high BP and recently had a stent placed. Was doing yoga and pranayam for past 2-3 years. But felt that need guided session to deal with the situation. Saw many such persons who are quite good in yoga. But noticed Ms Neha's comprehensive programme to suit my requirement and i am happy that the choice is perfect. The Yoga sessions for treating BP, Pranayam, Meditation and emotional balance with chakra healing rolled all in one programme. Rare combination and I am fully satisfied.

Ma'am is just awesome. I've had very good sessions over 3months.The way she explain each pose is very good.Its my first time going for yoga vlasses,and it motivated me to sign up for many more classes.I get a lot of inner peace✌️ and soothing feeling after attending yoga class.

Nehha is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Yoga. I suffer from Scoliosis, a sideways curvature of the spine. Initially, I couldn't do many Yoga poses due to my back pain. Now with the help of Nehha and her continuous support with various poses suitable for my back, I'm easily and effortlessly able to stretch and practice many aasanas. My back pain has gone down from 10/10 to 0/10 in just a matter of 6 months of Yoga practice.

I practice yoga with Nehha every day and every session is unique and helps us stretch all our muscles in just an hour! From aasanas to yoga nidra and pranayam, I eagerly wait for her sessions every day.

After an hour of Yoga session with Nehha, I feel energized and relaxed at the same time. My body thanks me tremendously for giving it that one hour of super relaxation.
