I was struggling with OCD for a long time and it was taking a toll on my daily life. I found Cromunity and started AHT therapy sessions with Namrata ma'am.
From the very first session, Namrata ma'am created a space where I felt heard, safe, and understood. Her patience, clarity, and step-by-step guidance made a huge difference. The therapy plan and consistent follow-ups she designed for me gave me the tools to manage my thoughts and slowly break free from OCD. The entire Cromunity team was also very supportive and made the journey smooth.
Today I am truly grateful to say that my OCD is completely cured. I feel lighter, more confident, and back in control of my life.

I have been in their AHT treatment for OCD and I cant even tell how happy i am today, it feels so different and light when you come out of OCD. I struggled for years with my OCD and everyone was just talking about medications. I took so many medications and had many side effects. But somebody in NIMHANS told me about Cromunity, the treatment is very structured and completely online. Namrata mam was so helpful throughout the journey and i saw that it’s not only me but when team added me in a group of other healed OCD fighters i saw that hundreds of them are getting healed and now i am also a part of “ Healed Community “ amazing approach, Thankyou so much.

I enrolled in this online OCD recovery program hoping for structured support and professional guidance, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Most of the content consisted of pre-recorded videos that offered very generic information and did not justify the high cost of the program.

There were no one-on-one individual sessions included, which is a major drawback for something dealing with serious mental health struggles like OCD. Recovery from OCD often requires personalized guidance, accountability, and proper therapeutic interaction — none of which were adequately provided here.

The weekly group Zoom calls felt rushed and superficial. Participants would briefly be asked about their progress, and the calls would end shortly afterward without any meaningful discussion, support, or practical feedback.

Overall, the program felt like an absolute waste of time and money. It came across as taking advantage of people’s helplessness and vulnerability when they are desperately seeking help for their mental health. I would not recommend this program to anyone looking for genuine OCD recovery support.

Just finished the OCD workshop and it was great,very detailed but easy to understand.It actually helped lower stress level. Really worth it.

Namrata Upadhyay mam at Cromunity is doing great. I have joined the workshop very detailed and 100% relatable. I’m really happy with the treatment for OCD.

Very unprofessional. They took money and did not care to inform about the details of the so called webinar. Added to a wrong group of ADHD on WhatsApp when I had paid for OCD webinar. Contacted the admin who did not care to respond for 2 days. Then says you will be notified. Do they think people don't have anything else to do? They don't respect their customers.

Psy.Ayush is really knowledgeable and practical .He really helped with useful methods and concepts of understanding OCD.First I thought , this will be a normal one, but it is truly usefull and worth than consulting a psychatrist !!Thanks cromunity for providing such workshop at a affordable price and in a short period!!

The Breathing exercises made me easy to fight with my anxiety and fear.Now whenever I feel uneasy i follow the exercises and get relax in just few minutes...And i daily follow the YouTube meditation by Dr peeyush prabhat sir daily night.
