I think the worship conducted by cromunity was very good it teaches us different techniques to overcome anxiety and to build a different mindset

This workshop gave me a ray of hope, I was struggling through repetitive thoughts and Compulsions silently from last 30 years. Finally I found this amazing workshop. The techniques like cognitive diffusion, CBT and ERP is working really well on me. Knowledge of Psy Ayush Chandra is next level, no one explains better than him.

He explained the science behind OCD and Scientific and spiritual ways to heal OCD, CBT and ERP was explained in such a nice way, out of the world experience. I had religious OCD, I am saying "Had" because its almost gone now. Thank you team Cromunity and Psychologist Ayush Chandra May God bless you. I cried out of happiness after getting relief from my 15 years of Struggle with OCD.

I attended a 5 day OCD program and it is really an amazing insight program about OCD types and tools. It is a life changing program with simple videos in a self help approach by Psy. Ayush Chandra. I sincerely thank him for sharing and helping the society through his knowledge.

Complete course was very needful but it require in hindi language

My experience is very great with Cromunity, i liked the way doctor explained about the OCD symptoms and cure, and i can totally relate to the session and i am feeling very much better after performing the exercises which are taught to me in the session.

The video length is around 30 mins. On day 5, there is live session with Dr. Peeyush Prabhat Sir of 3 hours. He have great knowledge and experience. Learned biochemistry of an anxiety and some powerful meditation techniques. Got timely notification every day. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

It was awesome workshop .Where I learned quicker way of controlling anxiety.
Also break the belief that anxiety can't be cured permanently.
Dr Peeyush Prabhat explained well in this 5 days workshop to cure anxiety and break the negative pattern of the mind.
I would suggest everyone to go through this workshop.Also on last day will have live session with Dr Peeyush Prabhat which was great session to attend.

It was really meaningful session. It gave insights on brain and body neural chemistry and relaxing meditation , with thoughtful worksheets. I thoroughly enjoyed the session for providing tips for anxiety, overthinking and other issues.

The live show with Dr Ayush was excellent and informative.
It was motivational and QA session was also good

It was great experience for us ( Chandra Shekhar Husband). If it was in hindi then I would be much better for her as she was unable to understand English. I sit with her make notes and next morning I explain her .
Last night my son 2as not well we didn't attend the live session carefully.
