Cover-4-Less Arvostelua 

My query regarding starting date of new policy was handled swiftly and competently by UK-based call centre, adding to the very competitive price I paid, £20 pcm compared to Domestic and General.

Easy to use website, like the way you can add or remove items to insure and price changes accordingly, very happy with premium also.

Great website for home insurance on your products like cookers, dishwashers etc. Website easy to use to cover everything you want and adding extra items. I haven't had any call out yet but all seems perfect so far. Highly recommend.

We initially went with cover 4 less as it was cheap on the out set. However reading other reviews on here which turned out to be correct I cancelled the plan. We were within the initial 14 days so I used the cooling off period. I asked about a refund and it came through today.
The policy I bought was actually almost completely useless as most of the items we had covered were either still in warranty. One was brand new. Or we couldn’t prove purchase so not actually covered even though I was paying for them being to be covered.
In conclusion I don’t have any experience of the claims process but cancellation was easy.

A very competitive company price wise if insuring more than one appliance good communication with staff

They are basically scammers!!!! When I got the policy for my fridge beginning of January they advised me they will cover everything. Now they are saying we can’t cover this therefore we can’t help you. All that £10 a month I was paying until now! what a waste of money and time!!!! Do not get any insurance from them.

Just cancelled my policy as I don't need cover anymore. Never had to use it. Waited until my last DD was paid before I cancelled it. Received a phone call asking me for £25 cancellation fee!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I thought it was just a really easy process with a great outcome

Easy to purchase the policy.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Hope i don't have to find out how good the service is should i need to make a claim.

THE COMPANY DO NOT REPLACE UNREPAIRABLE APPLIANCES ONLY REPAIRS. VERY CLEVER WORDING IN POLICY VOIDS ANY REPLACEMENT OF ANY UNREPAIRABLE REPAIR!!
Where do I start ... Do not use this company.
After being with D&G for years. I decided to go with this company as they were cheaper but was made to believe was the same type of policy L&G provided.. how wrong was I!!
I had six items covered with them.
I called as my oven wasn't working. They wanted my first year of premiums paid upfront before they would send someone!!
So I did, and they came and put a new fuse in the oven!
I was reassured in my mind that I had paid my premiums upfront, so if another appliance broke, I was covered.
Several months later, my dishwasher was making a funny noise. Called them again, and the engineer came to say the seal on the dishwasher had gone, and the sensor and this kind of repair can't be fixed!
Phone call from the company to say they will not replace my dishwasher, they will only repair, and it can't be repaired! It's on page 8, section 32!! She read it out to me and it didn't make sense as what the engineer said to me was completely different to what the lady on the phone was saying!
Definitely will not be renewing my policy!

Very easy experience and looks like value for money! Less than 50% of what I was paying with another provider.

Booking was done within 3 days of the claim engineer came in the morning and did a grate job.

Fabulous service easy to set up , even had a follow up call to check all was ok .
