请留意并不是所有退货都需要收取手续费的。如果由于地址不正确、发送失败或拒绝接收（如税收的问题），订单无法送达，我们才会收取手续费，以补偿我们已付给快递公司的运费和退运途中产品破损的损失。

Thank you for your review.

According to the tracking information of your order, your order is delivered on Jun 28,2018.

Please note that Hong Kong Post stated that "Delivery incomplete" on Jun 16,2018. That means the address is not deliverable or there is no one available to receive the parcels in the address.

The parcels were in fact held at your local post office after delivery attempted. Therefore, it will be more efficient for recipient to contact the local post office directly for delivery arrangement as only the recipient knows the time that someone is available to receive the parcel.

We have stated clearly in our website that order will be shipped via Hong Kong Post First Class Registered Airmail to the destination country and then via local postal service. Customer is strongly recommended to pay for expedited shipping if he/she would like to deliver the order via other couriers.

The restocking fee will only be charged for order that is not deliverable due to wrong/incomplete address provided by customer or parcel unclaimed.

Once again, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused.

We guarantee that all products in our shop are 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturers. Some products on our website may have a slightly different packaging from the ones on the market or what you have at home. This is because we sourced our product globally, the manufacturers need to cater for the needs of different countries.
