Refunded

Last week I bought a Refa face roller from their website because it was cheaper than the other websites. After my purchase I got some doubts and I looked at the real Refa website and I read that cosme-De.com is not an authorized dealer of the Refa Products. I wrote them an email that I wanted to cancel my purchase and if they could refund me. They wrote me back within a half hour that they cancelled the purchase and refunded me through Paypal.

Online ordering can be a little wonky…

Online ordering can be a little wonky as the same screens keep popping up over and over asking for the same information. BUT, once you do place an order, delivery is fast and the products are the real deal.

I love the products you have. But

I love the products you have, absolutely. I was happy when I discovered your site because it was an assurance that I could continuously use and discover products I love when i’m In the US or Europe. The only downside is the delivery time. It normally takes 3 weeks to a month before I receive my order.

No return policy

This company does not allow for a return of any product that has been opened, and on returns will only credit your account. I will never do business with this company again.

Great price

No issues with ordering. The shipping times can vary, but it never takes too long. The price is excellent, and I like that the products are imports (direct from Japan, for example) rather than regional products.

Authentic product, good price, fast shipping

I was afraid that the stila magnificent metal eyeshadows I ordered wouldn't be legit, but they were exactly the same as another legit stila shadow I already had which was so great. I recommend, shipping was faster than I expected and I got a free bag of sealed air!
