I recently purchased over 400 AUD worth of product from this website and it was by far the worst experience with a merchant in my life, read on:

Everything feels and looks right, good quality you'd think, until the products arrive.

The beads are much more plastic feeling, and looking than the images suggest, the leathers feel more fake leather than genuine, and some of the pendents look smaller. But this is just the beginning and it gets worse, when you look at their refund policy:

You cant get a refund for anything that is 30% off or more. Interestingly the first coupon you get is 30% off...

You also cant refund anything that is "Custom", which is fine. But they seem to have a lot of their products labelled this way. I cant exchange a leather bracelet thats the wrong size because theyre saying that each one is cut to size. Where i see it as completely reasonable to just have multiple cuts of leather on hand, they get lots of orders based on the order numbers ive seen.

When you try and get a refund which i wanted to for one item (A necklace which sat too heavy on me with all the metal), they make multiple attempts to talk you out of it. Ive had to send several photos of the product when after each pic theyve attempted to try and talk me out of the refund saying things like the shipping will be expensive, whilst withholding the return address for verification. Heres the real kicker, in their attempts to talk me out of the refund theyve said the original free shipping for my 400 + AUD purchase will be deducted from my refund. So i will have to pay for the original shipping, and the shipping back for the product.

This has been one of the worst experiences with a merchant online in my life, with this being a big be aware review. The tactics here are very cheap and seemingly designed to entrap people with their purchases, whilst delivered sub par quality products, which also do not reflect how they portray them online.

I was a bit skeptical during the process, on top of the fact that I purchased my engraved mechanical heart during the holidays. So it took, what seemed like forever. However, it’s a legit company and their products are fabulous. It’s nice and heavy, with all the parts working as they should. I would only display such art work by wearing it as a pendant or displaying it in the see through case, it’s just that beautiful. I brought the copper and white bronze because of the color scheme. All in all, very satisfied indeed!!

Awesome, it took a little bit longer to arrive but it is still worth it.. the material, the quality and the detailed design is really impressive

The details are insanely perfect. Support these fine folks in Hong Kong making super cool art. Couldn't recommend their products and services any higher. If only they could offer a giant round key ring to hold their cool pendant like the old "il bisonte." Maybe one day!

I've purchased a number of items from CoppertistWu and they've all been excellent quality, particularly their sculpture pieces like the Winged Pixiu. Solidly constructed, weighty and full of fine details.

I already bought a lot of pieces of their artwork and I can tell you that the quality of all of them are very high, I had a grateful experience and definitely I will buy again.

Very high quality pieces. I currently have 8 pieces from them, most of the pieces I have are the warrior mini figures. Customer service is pretty good although I had to pay for shipping to send a broken product back, which is unfortunate.

I recently got the mechanical spider and chose to get the kit so I can put it together myself. What an option to have available! I love building things myself like Legos, etc. and this company has quite a few items that you can do that on your own. I have many things from this company that I’ve ordered over the past four or five years and they are definitely the best customer service, shipping and packaging, and the pieces I have received from them have given me nothing but joy in my life. Very detailed and intricate design. I bought the Guan Yu figurine and it’s so high quality. Delivery was smooth as well.

Their items are just so pretty. They are great quality, robust and heavy. I got a black mamba rope bracelet and it's like having a real tiny snake on my wrist. I recommend this shop.
