Recuva gekauft. Funktioniert leider nicht, Rückerstattungsformular funktioniert auch nicht. Kundendendienst nicht kontaktierbar. Geld weg!

How long do they want to rob my debit MC virtual account? In the name of a subscription for which I did not give an extension order. I can't even cancel it anywhere!!!! From our records, we can see that your CCleaner subscription was started as a yearly subscription, beginning with a 60-day free trial on 23-May-25 and renewed on 23-Jul-25 . For each renewal and payment, an email was sent to the Gmail address used for the purchase. These emails include a link allowing you to cancel or deactivate the subscription at any time.
We understand it can be frustrating to be surprised by a charge, and we’re sorry if the cancellation option was not clear. We always aim to provide transparent communication throughout the subscription lifecycle.
We can confirm that your subscription has now been deactivated and no further charges will occur.
