Cleverbridge Arvostelua 

Jay provided fast, helpful information on how to update a draftsight subscription. It was so easy! Thank you for making one part o my day so easy!!! I wish all software compainies provided this level of customer service.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par les pratiques de Cleverbridge concernant le renouvellement de mon abonnement CCleaner Professional Plus.

J’avais souscrit un abonnement annuel en août 2025 et j’ai découvert qu’un prélèvement avait été effectué pour un renouvellement que je n’avais jamais souhaité. En plus de cela, le prélèvement est intervenu avant même la date anniversaire de mon abonnement, ce qui est particulièrement surprenant.

J’ai d’abord tenté de contacter le support à l’adresse e-mail que j’avais trouvée. En retour, je n’ai reçu qu’une réponse automatique m’indiquant que cette adresse n’était pas surveillée (“this mailbox is not monitored”). N’ayant aucun moyen d’obtenir une réponse de votre part, je me vois contraint de publier cet avis dans l’espoir qu’il soit enfin pris en compte.

Je demande l’annulation immédiate de ce renouvellement ainsi que le remboursement intégral de la somme prélevée.

J’espère qu’un représentant de Cleverbridge prendra enfin contact avec moi afin de régler cette situation rapidement. Si une solution satisfaisante est apportée, je mettrai volontiers cet avis à jour.

En l’état, je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander cette société.

Je demande toujours le remboursement sans délais des 64,95€ qui m’ont été prélevé le 14/07/2026 sans mon accord et non je ne vais pas contacter vos services sur vos sites, pour me faire tourner en rond ça ne sert à rien.

J’ai bien été remboursé des 64,95€.
Je modifie ma note de 1 à 4 étoiles, et je suis gentil !
Après vérification j’ai bien reçu 4 mails me disant que mon offre allait expirer, le 14/26/27/29 juin puis un mail le jour du débit le 14 juillet, tous dans mes indésirables..
Les pratiques commerciales sont quelques peu douteuses ; si on ne passe pas par Trustpilot c’est assez compliqué de rentrer en contacte avec le SAV, c’est comme ça avec beaucoup d’entreprises dans le genre, dommage de devoir en arriver là.

4 stars only as I had much difficulty attempting to cancel my subscription via the instructions and in the end needed to email to get this done. Full credit for the prompt response in getting this done from the customer service team!

My request was fulfilled with speedy efficiency, excellent communication and great respect.
In this day and age, to find service of this quality is a rarety. it was a pleasure to deal with this Company's Customer Service members who are a credit to their Company.

I explained in detail what the issue was, they stepped in and resolved it fully, cancelling the subscription I did not make, and refunding my money.

Es handelt sich hier um eine arglistige Abo-Falle (CC Cleaner). Das erste Abo-Jahr belief sich auf einen Bruttopreis von 23,88 €. 5 Wochen vor Vertragsverlängerung wird man über eine Preiserhöhung auf 64,95 informiert. Nur zwei Tage später ist der Betrag schon abgebucht, 4 Wochen vor dem Stichtag zur Vertragsverlängerung. Auf die Preiserhöhung hatte ich gekündigt, Bestätigung oder Rückmeldung Fehlanzeige (Vorgangsnummer 25064763). Diese Kündigung muss man sich schon als Screenshot speichern, da natürlich keine Eingangsbestätigung erfolgt.
Auf die Rücklastschrift folgt umgehend eine Mahnung, auf die man nicht antworten kann (no reply). Im Account kann man das Abo auch nicht kündigen, erst 13 Monate später. Die Machenmaschaften sind arglistig. Ich kann jedem nur abraten, sich hier auf ein Abo einzulassen.
Wer ähnliche Probleme hat, einfach aussitzen. Die Vorgehensweise ist juristisch nicht haltbar
