I emailed customer service after having some trouble on the site and I was answered in about 5-10 MINUTES! I was not anticipating to have any response for a while. They confirmed my refund and it took no time at all. I worked with Leslie. 10/10! Will return back should we need this service in the future.

I submitted a request at the website. I got an automated response saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprise to get a response (via email) in about 20 minutes or so. Thank you Maui !!

Esperienza pessima per Panda Antivirus. Hanno attivato aggiornamento del software (Sig. Francesco Desanto), poi mi ha detto che nel giro di una ora sarei stato contattato dal tecnico per finire l'aggiornamento. Ho aspettato il tempo richiesto, poi ho visto che il Sig. Leonardo Cavalieri era attivo da remoto e vedevo l'upgrade in corso. Ho visto che i temi si allungavano e allora ho chiamato per parlare con Lui ma non sono riuscito a parlare malgrado mie 2-3 chiamate senza potergli parlare. Ho detto al Sig. Massimo che se doveva servire più tempo bastava che me lo avessimo detto prima. A quel punto l'upgrade è terminato prima della fine e mi è stato detto che potevo prendere possesso del mio pc. Trattato come una pezza da piedi malgrado avessi pagato il servizio. Non rinnoverò con Panda mai più.

Ironically, I had a case that started out badly (I was charged for an item I did not purchase), but Romel very quickly responded and corrected the situation. i.e I got my money back, which was what I wanted. Also, it was done quickly and without a lot of hassle. Thank you Romel

Ich habe soeben CCleaner von meinem PC gelöscht denn eure schon fast kriminelle Methoden dulde ich nicht länger. Sollte sie anderer Meinung sein werden wir dies vor einem deutschen Gericht klären lassen. Alleine ihre Nachrichten unter no-reply schon mehr als absonderlich. Dies zeigt auch die mehr als umständliche Form einen Kontakt mit dieser Firma aufzubauen meine Cleverbridge Referenznummer: 546885987. Ergo man sollte mehr als Vorsicht wlaten lassen bei CleverBridge.
