They have my $, I have NOTHING!
I don't shop at Chico's but someone on my Christmas list does. So, on December 13th I went on to order a gift card, but it would not be delivered by Christmas so I opted for an e-gift card that I could print and wrap. on December 16th, the money cleared my bank, but I still had not received the email containing the e-card. On December 20th, I contacted Chico's and after an hour was told that because I didn't create an account with them they could not help me. They have my $100, I have nothing except the screenshot of my purchase...This will be the LAST time I shop Chico's.

Wrote the following email to the CEO:
Today I was helping my wife (removed name and address, etc)
order an embroided boatneck sweater helium size 1.
I went on line 🛜and entered all required information for her account and hit the purchase 💵button and nothing happened 😳
I went and rechecked the payment option--all 👍 good and then I hit the purchase button again and nothing happened😬
I tried the chat and typed ⌨️with your bot🤖and no information was provided to solve the problem😠
So I called your number 📞and was told 93 people in line ⏳and I waited 28+ minutes to speak with your customer service Agent👩💼
Your IT 💻 system did not allow her to see my "on line" order so eight 8️⃣ minutes later we were finished and Dorothy will receive the sweater👏 Your agent possessed an interesting and helpful manner and was the only positive 📈of this ridiculous demonstration of corporate inefficiency 🤪
To say that I thought 🤔the experience was underwhelming is being kind😱
As the CEO, you should be embarrassed 😡to provide this level of customer service😤, I would be‼️
Shipping, Service, Support Oh My
I placed an order at approximately 6:30pm on Saturday. I like to receive packages while I am home so I paid overnight shipping so that I would get it the next day. Sunday comes and goes, no packages. Around 3:30 in the afternoon I am fairly certain it isn't coming so I go to chicos chat. There I am told that I ordered too late in the day for overnight. ISSUE 1: If overnight isn't available, how about you don't sell it? You took my money for the postage option "Next Day" but according the the agent on the chat, this means next business day. Fine. I asked the agent, "why does the website say that I am getting delivery on Tuesday?". They say that since it was too late on Saturday and Sunday isn't a business day, the order will "drop" on Monday and then "next day" is Tuesday. ISSUE 2: You are a 7 day per week retail operation. You take my money on line and in-person on Sunday. It's a business day. My post office delivers packages on Sunday. It's a business day. ISSUE 3: I ordered on a business day. Even if you want to discount the Sunday is a retail business day, you should deliver the package on Monday. Nope. So, I say "cancel the order" to which the agent says "I can't it is already processing". ISSUE 4: you just said it wasn't dropping until Monday and that is why it won't get here until Tuesday.
Today is Sunday. Make up your mind. You are either working on Sunday and should deliver it on Monday OR you work on it Monday for Tuesday which means you can cancel it. The agent says "you need to call the customer service phone number" and ends the chat. Incall the number. The message says "there are 72 people ahead of you. Would you like us to call you back?". Seriously? 72 people? On a late Sunday afternoon. I wonder why? I'm guessing everyone is looking for their packages! I ask for a call back and it comes about an hour later. I explain the situation and then agent accidently (hopefully) disconnects the call before helping. I'm like "OK. She will call back. She called me and she would call me back - right? Wrong. No call back. And.... There we have it. I paid for "next day" and it looks like I'm getting it 3 days later. Just about the time I would have gotten my free shipping. CHICOS get your act together.
Terrible customer service
Have contacted customer service numerous times without any response! Only received partial order and No one seems to know where the remainder is! They also don’t seem to care…. Needless to say I will never order from them again
Fabulous Clothing Store
Their products and craftsmanship is always top notch. Customer service is very professional and helpful.
Online shopping is my preferred way to shop at Chico's and I have never been disappointed with anything.

Wonderful quality products
I shop frequently at Chico’s and mostly on line, and sometimes in the store. I always find a lot of quality items, and great sales. I am rarely disappointed
My only complain is that Chico’s started to have less and less petites sizes, which makes me defect to JJill at times. I am a Fierce member with Chico’s which means I get a free delivery every time I order.
Poor customer phone service
I ordered some clothes online. I forgot to use a gift certificate that I had intended to have goes towards my purchase. When I called about it to see if I could still do it, the person said it was too late and that the order was being processed( 45 minutes later). Now I’ll have to take it to a Chico’s and get a refund and then buy it with the GC. Not good customer service!!

If I could leave negative stars, I would! Never mind inconsistency in sizing, you order online, 1 thing fits, 5 things don’t, so now you have to return those…. If you try to exchange for a different size (never have your size/color in store), they charge you again before shipping it… then when you return original to store, they try to force you to take a gift card?!?! I have already paid for 2! Then one item is lost in shipping…you call and call and get told wait a few more days…shipping status shows it sitting for 9 days at a distribution center with a ‘delivery appointment’ a week ago…. In the meantime, they are selling out of the item and they just keep telling you to wait, they will NOT do anything else unless you want to buy another one…then after more time, you can call them back AGAIN and try to convince them it is obviously lost and get a refund …. Good luck! Chico’s wasn’t this way in the past!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Sent emails saying EXTRA 25% of sale items and that was also listed on website. But when trying to get that online it would not worked, Three different customer service employees, including a supervisor claimed I did not understand and that prices were as marked, although my screen showed the extra 25% until I went to check out, Even tried to convince me I was given 25% off, when I fact deductions were from rewards I had, They can’t even do math! I am longtime customer (decades) but will never shop there again.
Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. I placed an order and after 10 days was alerted by UPS that the order was sent back to Chicos. I emailed Chicos and called customer service for a refund. It’s been 20 days and still no refund! They cheated me out of my money.

My order has been sitting there for a week and the answer I got when I called and spent 20 minutes on the phone was to wait a week and they would resend it. This company is not reliable for the ship dates they provide. This is the second time this has happened. The excuse is they have too many sales. Not impressed with the answer.

Get a better website for online ordering. I spent over 2 hours trying to place an order. I had to talk to 2 customer service reps. I've been a customer since 2010 very disappointed.

I loved my visit to Chico’s! I don’t t remember ever having had a sales lady so intent on making me happy with a purchase! Marybeth was superb! I usually go to Chico’s because I can find nice long pants. At 5’9” I need the length. I went to buy a pair of pants, and I left with 3 pants and 4 shirts. Marybeth was there to give me options and different sizes. What incredible service! Thank you Marybeth, you made me feel special!!

i am a long term customer at Chicos. I went to the store in Sumner MD today to return one item and buy others. The sales person was intent on making my experience dreadful. First she insisted she wanted to take the bag my return was in and place it on the counter. I politely declined but she asked more times. I was put in the dressing room by Marcy. The other sales person barged in while I was trying on clothes. She told me I didn't write my name on the door. Needless to say I didn't let myself in the dressing room. At check out she kept hurrying me through the transaction when I wanted to check my return receipt to make sure the right item was credited. She threw my new clothes in a pile on the counter without regard to wrinkling them. I was surprised she didn't make a nasty comment to me. She is not the type of sales person I have had at Chicos in the past. Won't shop at that location again
Service Fit for a Queen
I came to Chicos at the Shoppes at Denville to help my friend get a new wardrobe and my friend wasn't looking forward to shopping since her shape had changed. Rhonda and Margaret were absolutely fantastic. They made helpful suggestions, were extremely patient and found almost everything on sale. If they were out of stock they looked online. You are extremely fortunate to have these two professionals representing your brand.

Placed an order in May, stated it was delivered and never received it! After multiple emails, they stated they would resend order- needless to say I have still not received ANYTHING and the email address is no longer in service! SCAM
