I purchased a bracelet a few months ago. I've since worn it twice. Both times, the latch came apart and it fell off. I called, knowing it was out of the "refund" time and told them I only wore it twice. It has a design flaw.

Chicos does not care about cancer’s victims. If I could give minus a bazillion stars…

If I could give minus a bazillion stars I would. I was trying to order some nice things for my sister who is dying of cancer and who cannot get out to shop but who wanted some pretty things to wear to feel feminine after the devastation of the disease and treatments. I tried to place the order but Chicos canceled it because I was sending it to my sis instead of to my house. I first contacted the chat line where I learned why my order did not go through. (Different address). That person gave me free expedited shipping and told me all I had to do was call the 888 number and gove them my order number and credit card number and tell them what happened so the order could be made. After 35 minutes on hold, I reached an unpleasant uncaring person who kept telling me the order had been cancelled. I kept explaining that was why I was calling in to get the order taken care of but all she did was say that order is canceled, refused to get me to a manager and refused to do anything to help me get the order done. Chicos does not give a rats gnat about customers or about women with cancer. Disgusting customer unservice.

I ordered a two piece suit that was…

I ordered a two piece suit that was priced separately. The jacket was sent, but not the pants. I called customer service and was told the pants would be sent in 5 days, but they were not. A couple of days later I received notification that the pants were out of stock. If I don’t have the pants I don’t need the jacket, but Chico’s would not give me a refund for the jacket, because it was on clearance sale, even though they could not produce the matching pants.

Chicos is showing signs

Since I worked at Chicos I understand the customer service policies, so when an associate hung up on me. She put me on 3 holds after waiting 22 minutes for her to get on the phone. She told me I could not cancel the order I placed, it is late, still
shows in process after 13 days. I could have driven store picked up item. I did call the store but got somebody that tried to teach me how to count days. And that the warehouse is no longer in Georgia but Indiana, do they not know Georgia and Indiana arent that far away. It's not in a foreign country. Chicos is really going downhill and its showing signs of not being around much longer.

The Gainesville Virginia Chicos has the best sales associates. A special shout out to Connie, Indy, and Joan. They are so helpful and always go the extra mile for me. It is a pleasure going in there to shop knowing all the ladies are going to do their best to make my shopping experience exceptional..Jessie and all of the other ladies greet you with a big smile and can’t do enough to help you find what you want. It is my favorite place to shop and it is because of the whole team inGainesville, Virginia. Absolutely 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible Customer Service All Around

Going forward I will not be purchasing anything from Chicos.
Besides having items canceled the clothes sizes are horrible. I wear a 2 and most tops were SO huge I had to return them. There returns are horrendous it takes them weeks to get your money back.
No where else have I experienced this delay in getting a refund for returns.
The customer service is poor if you can call it customer service. They do NOTHING to help you and give you the same line when you reach out to them.
I’ll go elsewhere going forward.

purchased 3 items online from Chicos

purchased 3 items online from Chicos. Received all 3 items however, i needed to return as the fit was not acceptable. I returned one blouse to the store and received credit immediately. I returned the other 2 items via mail and they received the items back, however, they only gave me credit for one of the items. After six phone calls and frustration with trying to resolve this is, I asked for a manager. Mind you, I had spent over an hour on the phone with the customer service representatives who kept saying oh it takes a couple of weeks to show up in your checking account. Finally, received an email from the management team who said i was already credited for both items. No, i wasn't. I finally had to prove to them that the one item was returned directly to the store and provided a copy of the receipt. So, what happened is when the 2 piece return was received they had put in the incorrect sku which showed i received the refund for the blouse sent direct to the store. Finally, received credit but no apology. What is going on with customer service? They do not have the research skills or customer service skills to have nipped this issue in the bud. Because of this issue, I will no longer be purchasing anything from Chicos.

Disappointed at Chicos Tucson I bought…

Disappointed at Chicos Tucson I bought a shirt today and had a $20.00 coupon and found a shirt for $25.00 and then used my coupon but as I was walking out of the store I found a cuter shirt which was $60.00 and turned around to return the shirt that I bought for $5.00 and bought the shirt for $60.00 and as they were ringing it up I asked why I didn’t get my coupon for $20.00 off and they said it’s because I already used the coupon ! I said but it was three minutes !! Two women said very hardly sorry that’s our policy which I could understand if it was the next day or even hours later but three minutes ?? I respectfully ask reimburse of $20.00 !

I’ve just had it with Chicos

I’ve just had it with Chicos. The last THREE orders I’ve placed have been a complete disaster — multiple items canceled each time after I received confirmation that everything was in stock. No warning, no apology, just a “sorry, this item is no longer available” message days later. Why even bother letting people place orders if you can’t fulfill them?

It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a brand at this level. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this kind of repeated nonsense makes me want to take my business elsewhere. DO BETTER, CHICOS. Your customers deserve reliability — not disappointment every single time.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. One of the employees is extremely rude and judgmental, especially when customers are trying things on. It’s clear they treat people differently based on appearance, which is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back—this store needs a serious lesson in professionalism and respect. Chico's freehold mall NJ.

Frequent Shopper

I'm a frequent shopper at Chico's. When shopping at the Festival at Woodholme store, I always receive good customer service. The ladies are always polite and accommodating. Two ladies, Peggy and Anita are my favorite salespeople. They are friendly, accommodating, and professional. They always provide exceptional customer service. I've visited the store to browse, and have often made a purchased due to the attention these ladies have provided. Thanks, Peggy and Anita for your help. Much Appreciated.

Cancelled order after waiting 2 weeks

Cancelled my order after being told twice by customer service they were delayed in shipping it. Online ordering is horrible now. Customer service agents are completely clueless. Items on website apparently are not updated to reflect inventory. After many years, I'm done with them. I can shop elsewhere.

Orders frequently cancelled without notice

I have been a loyal Chico’s customer for 25 years and I’m shocked at how bad their customer service is lately. I used to order from their website a lot, but recently two out of three items I ordered were cancelled without notice. I have since reordered one and, although the shipping is expedited, it will not ship for at least a week. I still get bombarded with emails and social media ads, but why do they even bother if they can’t provide the merchandise?

I have been a loyal Chico’s customer…

I have been a loyal Chico’s customer for many years and have always been happy with the quality of the product and the service offered. No more.
I have placed several orders in the past month that were later cancelled due to lack of inventory. In the latest order half of the order was shipped and the other half was cancelled. The items were meant to go together. What kind of business allows an order to be confirmed, with payment received, only to cancel it because the item was not available to begin with? A customer spends valuable time shopping, selecting, placing and paying for an order and, upon receiving a confirmation from Chicos, trusts that the order will be honored.
This trend is like the airlines who overbook their seats then bump the passenger - only difference is, the airline usually compensates in some way for the inconvenience.

I have been a customer for over 20…

I have been a customer for over 20 years and am very disappointed in the current state at Chicos. Very long ship times, bot-like customer service, and no way to cancel an order that isn’t scheduled to be shipped for weeks. I would expect that from custom orders, but sale items?!?! Will never shop them again

Stores closing causes return problems- materials not holding up well

Since they are closing stores, thier returns via mail have been very unreliable, confusing and inaccurate. As for the clothing, I find that the material looks good before washing but after one wash it looks very old - especially pants that have any true white in the pattern - it looses it brightness and turns greyish after washing no matter how carefully done.

Have been a customer for over 25 years, I’m done! They don’t answer their phone lines and access to my account for making particular changes to my “Address Book” is nonexistent.
My last order years ago, clothing was terrible.

After 10 days waiting to receive my…

After 10 days waiting to receive my order , I called their customer service to check and they didn’nt even know what happened to a part of the order which I placed in their own store ! According to customer service they had the item in stock the day I paid for it , but it’s not simply available any more .
This was not the first time Chicos has delayed my order days after they charged my account and I never received it due to unavailability . No compensation , no trying to make you feel better or give you discount on another similar item to buy . Everytime the same words : sorry for inconvenience . My question is why you place the order and charge me when you don’t have the item available ???? If you have it available, then where is my purchase after 10 days ?
Do not deceived by their promotions and sales and deals . This company , their management and their customer service is corrupted big time .
