Absolutely gutted. Just received my delivery and I have used Chicos for years for their mixed kebabs, perfect salad, freshly grilled meat, the most amazing chilli sauce. Only on this delivery, the most disgusting chilli sauce I have ever tasted. When I called to complain he said it hadnt changed and that he’s added more peri-peri sauce in to sweet chilli. This is not chilli sauce and certainly not the homemade chilli sauce that Chicks is famous for. I will not be using them again.

Chico’s at The Commons has the best employee’s. They are friendly and very helpful. Love shopping at the Chico’s at the Commons! Give them 10+!!! MaryAnn👍

Please someone help with a working number

I visited the Chicos store in Macon, Georgia on 1/7/26. Store # 0514 Associate Jackie greeted me when I walked in about 3:30. I explained I had a dress on hold from that morning and she went to retrieve it for me. I then explained I had brought 3 tops with me that I wanted to match tank tops with them. She pointed me in one direction and said she would be back to help me when she finished with another customer. She returned to my side shortly and we got to work finding tank tops. I also mentioned I wanted a pair of Juliet leggings with a side zipper. Over the next hour, I tried on several tank tops, the dress and the pants. The dress was the whole reason I had driven from Milledgeville to try it on before purchasing. It fit well accept the top was not perfect. Jackie assured me she could order on line in the next size up. She also ordered another color for me to have shipped to my house. I purchased 5 tanks, 1 pair of leggings and 2 dresses. She matched the online price of one of the dresses and graciously applied my coupons to my order total. Thank you Jackie for being kind, professional and a joy to work with.

Beware. Item was delayed. After several customer service calls they admitted they don’t have the item in stock. Many excuses and misstatements by customer service reps. Looking for my refund. Wow this company has gone down the drain. Won’t shop there again.

Horrible customer service. Kept my return for over a month before giving a refund. (after chats, emails, phone calls)
Contacted better business, was shocked at the amount of negative reviews!
What company keeps your money after returning items? You return something, you get a refund, end of story.

Do not pay for express shipping!! You will not get your items as promised. It’s a scam that Chico is running. You have to go through hoops to get refunded! My advice just do not shop with them.

The cost to return one item was 25% of the cost of the item. this is more than i would expect to have to pay for shipping, yet not worth the time time to call and complain. this annoying diversion will cause me to not shop this store again.

OMG!!!!! i would have better luck with a medium at a ghost convention!1)- several months ago i purchased a studded cardigan from Chicos and wanted the matching tank. called 4 local stores no such luck..called customer service got an hispanic person who spoke hardly any english HE WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY-..he transferred me to 3 other operators! i inquired about an item gave SKU# nothing..next thing i know i am seeing a purchase of thee same cardigan on my credit card! i frantically called chicos and told them what happened! this was the second time this happened to me! told them the sku # of the tank..not the cardigan..souther person was not much help! 2) earlier this evening i saw a cardigan i have been eyeing it was on sale so i placed it in my bag..it stated $59.00 sale on online website- in the bag?? it was $71.00!!! tried to place 3 times..this was a sale item ending at midnight 11-28-2025..this madness started at 10 p.m.!! still having trouble put item in getting charged higher amount instead of sale price..no luck getting in touch with anyone!!...i give up!! p.s. remember the lost studded tank?? i originally had no luck with?? found it for almost nothing on ebay!!! yep i am amazed also!

The past month I have encountered so many problems with my Chico purchases. These were gifts so I am so disappointed. Chico had the nicest clothes but I received a Zenergy top with faded marks on it, the wrong color pants. I returned other pants that were big now my refund will take 3-4 wks. Who does this. I called customer service but the sweet boy did not speak English. Pathetic. They are not going to survive. But I’m done with Chico’s.

This company takes 3 weeks to refund after they receive the items back to the warehouse?! Seems a bit extreme to me. Thank goodness I used Paypal.

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago, still not shipped. The chat person didn't care. Just told me to wait for it. Gave no timeline for shipping. Told me if I wanted it faster pay for express shipping. I don't expect it in a week, but two weeks and it hasn't even shipped?This company obviously does not care. Will not order from them again, ever.

I placed an order with Chicos, order number 1112774574, but didn't put in the discount that I received from Chicos. I called them immediately and was told that they couldn't do anything and suggested that I make another purchase. The same thing happened on my previous purchase when I wanted, immediately, to cancel part of the order. Chicos used to have a store in my town which has since closed. I miss it, and have tried to purchase online but won't anymore. I'm 77 years old and do make mistakes. This is the first company I have found that won't make any changes once the order has been placed. The review sites on Chicos ratings range from 1.0 to 3.0 and with 58 complaints filed with Better Business in the past 3 years. (Chicos is not a member of Better Business). One has to work very hard to get such poor and consistent ratings. In addition, just today I got a catalog from Chicos that had items that were not yet on their website. This is simply sloppy. I'm sad, because I liked their clothes, but won't deal with them again because of their poor customer service and sloppy practices.

I paid $25 for overnight shipping so I would have an outfit in time for an event. I received a message indicating the item would arrive 2 days after placing the order. However, the item wasn't shipped or delivered in a timely fashion and it will now be arriving 5-6 days after placing the order. Customer service says that, from their perspective, this is a timely delivery. I see this as fraudulent advertising, not the overnight service they advertised and I paid for.

Chico’s prices have gotten sky high for the poor quality. They change prices daily! I would shop at Amazon. Chicos is on its way out!

I paid for express and it took 22 days(??) I also got the wrong color and nobody is answered my email. Don’t bay from here..

I shop or walk around quite often. The majority of my clothes are from Chicos.
Beautiful Ponte pants are now thin and wrinkle. One pair actually hurts my waist.
I purchased 2 of the same. The Touch of cool tees are now thin, stretch out and sag. I can’t keep up with their crazy sales and coupons. I walked in and had no clue what or where the sale was. I lastly I was in a store yesterday 10/23 approximately 5pm and a sales representative was just ignoring me, I felt like I had to chase her down for help. I was told if it’s not on the table we don’t have it. I did have two items in my hand, I put them back and left. Actually walked a few stores down and shopped at another store.

I would give them a -score if that were possible. I have in the past week talked with 6 different people all of them didn’t care and were just plain rude, and unhelpful. Their customer service is beyond pathetic.

Chicos has been my only source of clothing for about the past 4 years. Lately nothing fits..My regular size (2 in chicos is too small) and when I size up to 2.5 it’s too large. What’s with the “slimming pant”? I think the concept is good but it doesn’t fit well at all on the average woman and models don’t shop at Chicos. I’ll be looking for other stores to shop.
