Easy to use and lots of detail
Easy to use and lots of details in the report to help narrow down where you can make changes to improve your credit score. I highlighted I was still connected to an ex partner financially on the report despite separating years ago - the company quickly helped me have this link removed which increased my credit score
Highly recommend

Check my file has been enlightening
Check my file has been incredibly helpful in pulling together a complete picture of my credit from all the reference agencies in one place. I’m preparing for a mortgage and the insight it’s given me and my mortgage advisor is exceptional. I took out a trial subscription initially but I think once moved I’ll re-instate it for a paid subscription. The free trial made it easy to unsubscribe you just have to remember your trial is ending as I see people report this as a scam I genuinely haven’t had any issues at all and would recommend to anyone to try to ensure you haven’t got anything in your history you are unaware of. Great app intuitive and easy to navigate

Hi Karl
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait for updates to appear on your report, especially when you’re expecting a specific change.
Different types of entries on your credit report have standard update times, but Checkmyfile will always display the most up-to-date information held by the main credit reference agencies at that time.
Whenever you’re ready to view an updated credit report or continue your credit health journey, you can simply log in to your account and reactivate it at any time.

It’s a pretty good website. I was surprised at how quickly I received my report, as I thought I’d have to wait a couple of days, but it was ready there and then and available to download straight away. Title: Excellent support from Checkmyfile
I’ve had a very positive experience with Checkmyfile. Their customer care team have been responsive, helpful and professional in dealing with several issues on my credit report.
They have taken the time to investigate discrepancies involving my credit accounts and Electoral Roll history, and have clearly explained the evidence required and the next steps with the credit reference agencies.
Some corrections are still being worked through, and I hope they will be resolved successfully. So far, I really appreciate the support and assistance I’ve received from the team.
