I wanted to leave a review for the excellent service I received from John Charcol when arranging my mortgage. Although my mortgage was completed back in October last year, I’ve been meaning to share my feedback as the experience was genuinely outstanding.

A special thank you to Alvin Rajcoomar, who helped me secure my mortgage for the second time. Alvin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the whole process. He made everything clear and straightforward, which really helped take the stress out of what can often be a complicated process.

I’d also like to give a quick shout out to Fiona Allan for all of her support along the way. Her assistance and communication were greatly appreciated and made the whole experience even smoother.

I would highly recommend John Charcol to anyone looking for mortgage advice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again to the team for such a great service.
