Glen at St Peters Lodge Portishead had completely refurbished the Guest Suite. The bedding, towels and curtains had been replaced. A TV had been installed.
All that remained to be finished was redecoration.
Glen made us very welcome and is to be congratulated on making our stay a very memorable occasion.

I have a relative that lives in coleman lodge aldridge. Not only is the building amazing and furnished lovely for her. But the management there, Eve makes every 110% better. Eve is realiable and consitant with her work and makes the residents, families and workers there feel as ease and brings a sense of calm to the lodge. It wouldnt be what it is without her. She is fantastic and a credit to the company.

A lovely place to live, backed up by Kim more than just a manager she always goes the extra mile. Thank you.

She is very professional but at the same time very approachable and friendly.Always ready to talk or help.

From the first time of meeting her, to each of the subsequent meetings, she could not possibly have been more helpful. When you decide that it would be a good idea to move somewhere more suited to your now age, you can't do much better than Sarum Lodge, Salisbury. A really nice building, fitting so well into the older part of Salisbury and close to buses, shops, theatres etc., The Lodge is looked after by one of Churchill's greatest assets, the manager, Donna Lacey! Who not only keeps the Lodge running smoothly on a day to day basis, but puts great effort into putting on "events" such as a recent strawberry tea and helping you whatever problem you have. You really can't do better than Sarum Lodge, where you will be not just "moving to a flat", but joining a community. Bernice Shelley.

I visit a friend in Churchill Homes in Drayton and I have to say the manager Debbie is an absolute delight. She goes above and beyond for her residents and there’s no task too big or small for her to help with. She always greets me in a kind and welcoming manner and listens to anything me and my friend have to say. I know my friend is very happy there and find comfort knowing Debbie is there.

Unfortunately we had trouble with foul water coming up in our shower! Not nice and in this heat rather smelly!

I reported this to Julia our Lodge Manager here at Paddock Lodge. By twelve noon a gentleman arrived to rod our pipes from our toilet to our shower, Julia was straight onto the problem.

Unfortunately the problem came back the next day so Julia was straight onto the phone to arrange for Alan “the plumber” to come with Jez the “making good man” to sort out this problem once and for all, she was straight onto the problem.

Julia had trouble pinning down the plumbing company but every day she was on the phone, she NEVER gave up until she got a firm date for us!! If it had not been for Julia’s persistence we would be still be waiting now!

Julia is truly amazing at her job - professional, kind, considerate, she is the best Lodge Manager ever.

She made sure we received a first class repair as we had already had our bathroom painted. It is a first rate job, thank you Julia again.

We at our Lodge can always depend on Julia to look after our needs - but in such a lovely way. She is truly amazing!

I would just like to leave my 5 star review for Jane Jackson, the lodge manager at Connecticut Lodge in Hertford. Jane is always a huge support to my Dad who is 91 years old. She contacts him every day to check on his welfare, which is very reassuring and nothing is too much trouble for her. This is standard with all residents. A very friendly person who makes sure the lodge is kept pristine. Coffee afternoons and bubbles & brunch events are arranged for residents and visitors. Movies in the communal lounge also have been introduced.

Now into my tenth year as an owner at Avonbank Lodge, my move here really has proved to be one of the best decisions I've made. The close proximity to the town centre allows me to lead an independent life and know my home is within a secure environment.
Our Lodge Manager provides the extra peace of mind with her excellent management of this complex development. The Lodge has recently undergone an upgrade to the communications and Careline systems. I have been particularly impressed with the manager handling of the upgrade and the challenges it presented and her understanding and handling of owners having difficulty adapting to change. Well done Amanda for your ability to keep that big smile on your face!

My mum has just celebrated 1 year of living at Highbury Lodge Kings Heath and from the moment she reserved her apartment to present day absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff she has encountered. Helen the lodge manager is great and provides a good programme of activities for the residents to participate in and welcomes ideas from residents for activities that they’d like to try. The grounds, garden and communal areas are well maintained clean and tidy and this includes the guest suite which I have used. My mum is an active, independent and happy octogenarian and has made lots of lovely new friends since moving to Birmingham.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Eddington Lodge and the guest suite. The facilities were lovely, comfortable and very well looked after, making it a really pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

A special mention has to go to Pamela, the lodge manager, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference and helped make the whole stay so enjoyable.

I would happily recommend Eddington Lodge and the guest suite to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and well-managed place to stay. A big 5 stars from me!

House manager was very friendly, helpful and polite.
Resident's were also polite.
Everything was very clean and tidy.

We've been helping my mother-in-law with her move to Concorde Lodge, Filton. We've been impressed throughout the process. The star has been the lodge manager, John, who has been really helpful and just adds a sparkle to the whole place and experience. The estate company has also been helpful and I'm also impressed by the financial transparency around the service charge.

From our very first impressions as potential buyers looking for an apartment for my mother-in-law, this warden-controlled lodge has exceeded every expectation. The entire process—from the initial viewing to the moving-in day and the subsequent weeks—has been handled with incredible care and a meticulous attention to detail.The standout feature of the lodge is undoubtedly Roberta, the Lodge Manager. She balances her role perfectly. On one hand, she is highly professional, business-like, and possesses a strong, reassuring personality when situations require firm direction. On the other hand, she can instantly switch to an ultra-caring role whenever personal support or a gentle touch is needed.Roberta excels at supporting independent older adults, managing the perfect balance of respecting their autonomy while ensuring a robust safety net is always there. Knowing she is at the helm gives our whole family immense peace of mind. We couldn't have asked for a better environment for my mother-in-law's next chapter. She loves her new apartment too.

I moved to Nightingale Lodge last September and have had a good experience so far.
I would like to praise our Lodge Manager Abi who since she started here at the end of last year has gone
from strength to strength with her help, efficiency and expertise in handling everything that has been thrown at her. The latest situation with our lift was a challenge which she handled with great efficiency even when contractors were not easy to get hold of. i can’t praise her enough. Her caring attitude and friendly manor certainly helps us feel supported and secure.

My husband and I are residents of Coronation Lodge. On many occasions,but 2 in particular, we sought help from our Lodge Manager, Stuart McNamara who went out is way to resolve our issues. His happy disposition, positive attitude and eagerness to help are outstanding. He is an absolute credit to your company and I very much doubt there is a better Lodge Manager.

For some time our site has been looking quite unkempt due to peeling paint on the walls of various properties on this site.
Delighted to say that Phase 1 of the redecoration has been completed. The contractors who were employed by Churchill Estates Management to do the work were called 'Wall to Wall'.
The men worked tirelessly right from the time all their equipment arrived on site; they began work here mid-July.
The contractors were very aware of the needs of the residents on this site and treated us so well. All of the work was carried out after protecting windows and footpaths before the various processes were undertaken.
A bonus was that a site plan that had been difficult to read was refurbished by giving it a thorough clean - it looked like a a new site plan. A pleasure to have them working for us.
It was great to see their preparation and attention to detail as they worked their way round this site.
Very grateful that Ginny our Manager, Sarah our Regional Manager and Mark the surveyor, worked together with the contractors to schedule this work on our properties.
The work has been done meticulously, the contractors were cheerful and helpful. A pleasure to have them here.
We look forward to Phase 2 being done on our properties. Well done everyone involved in getting this work done.
