My husband and I have recently moved into Elgar Lodge in Malvern and we would like to give a huge shout out for our manager Mark. He hasn’t been here very long but is fantastic at his job and has a cheerful, positive manner. He will always go out of his way to help the residents, we couldn’t wish for better.

I went to visit Hawthorns this week and was meet by the manager Ginny. She was very welcoming and had the answers we required. The site was well kept. I would highly recommend this site for someone looking for retirement housing.

The site is very well kept and clean throughout. The staff on site were knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone

I like to be sociable but at times like my own space, here both is possible. Activies encourage a friendly atmosphere and the well looked after garden create a nice enbience.

My grandad has lived at Yeats lodge in Thame a number of years and the manager Melissa is always cheerful and caring, Mel is an asset to Churchill. The lodge has very happy residents

I recently stayed in the guest suite at Knights Lodge at Lymington for 2 nights, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Sharon, the Lodge Manager, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me where everything was within the lodge, and provided all the information I needed for my stay.

The guest suite itself was impeccable. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and beautifully presented. The room felt light and airy, the décor was lovely, and everything was thoughtfully arranged and in perfect condition.

A lovely touch was the refreshments provided in the room, including tea bags, sugar, milk, and biscuits, which made me feel very welcome after arriving.

I particularly appreciated the visitor parking space that was provided, as parking nearby is limited. This made the stay even more convenient and stress-free.

The information provided in the room was excellent, especially for someone staying in the guest suite for the first time. It clearly explained everything I needed to know, including check-out procedures and where to leave the key when departing.

The lodge's communal areas were also beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming, with excellent facilities throughout.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with my stay and would happily visit again. A special thank you to Sharon for her warm welcome and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Knights Lodge to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality accommodation in a beautiful setting.

The company has provided an attractive, well kept, secure building of retirement apartments that provides opportunity to become part of a community of retirees. The grounds are well maintained and attractive. Set close to the town's amenities, with bus and train links.
Social gatherings are open to all, if you care to join in.

Our flat manager Nicki in Fairbanks Lodge Borehamwood is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for her always with a happy smile. She handles every issue with a kind, positive and professional manner making life stress free here for us with her polite and helpful attitude. She goes above and beyond in everything she does and takes an interest in every person . She is reliable , punctual and her leadership and guidance here makes this place what it is today. We are lucky to have her.

When entering Goodwin Lodge you are struck by the light bright atmosphere which greets you.This is mainly due to the efficiency and organisational skills of Sharon the Estates manager.She is dedicated to Goodwin Lodge and its residents and deals with the day to day running and upkeep efficiently and quickly,with a pleasant attitude to both tradespersons and residents alike.

Brook View Court is a very pleasant place to live. I don't have much to do with CEM directly, but any issues are dealt with in a professional and friendly way by Anne, the court manager. She is very approachable and is willing to assist in any way she can

I’ve stayed at Windsor Lodge, Princes Risborough several times and thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The Lodge Manager is so welcoming and friendly and the Guest Suite is large, comfortable and very well presented. Thank you.

Having lived at Sarum Lodge for over 8 years I have experienced several Lodge managers. Since being under the management of Donna Lacy, I cannot praise her highly enough for her efficiency, reliability and care.

My sister Heather was very happy here and loved the interaction with the iwners- The manager Kim was superb.

We had a wonderful few days staying in the guest suite at the lovely Avon Lodge. Great location, very close to Southbourne Grove shops and Fisherman's Walk - the route to lovely cliff-top walks and the superb beach.
The lodge manager, Kim, was very helpful and welcoming - a very big "thank you" to her.

Lodge Manager Helen is always cheerful and extremely helpful. She is very conscientious and sorts problems out asap, as well as organising almost daily activities and entertainments.
My flat is well-presented, attractive and spacious for one person. The sales department here has been very efficient It is feeling like home already- after only two weeks since moving in. The safety features of the shower room are particularly appreciated as I am unsteady on my feet.
The urban environment of the lodge is enjoyably interesting. It has most of the facilities nearby that make life easy, safe and convenient. Transport around the city of Birmingham appears excellent so I am looking forward to using my travel pass. I would definitely recommend living here .

Have been doing external works for 12 weeks at park view lodge manager is amazing very nice easy to talk to he worked well with us anything we needed it was done the residents were also amazing very friendly.

I provided some last minute solo violin music entertainment coverage for the delightful residents at the Beecham Lodge Homes Cirencester, thanks to the quick initiative of Kim, the home manager who approached me at short notice and I happened to have been available at that time. The music session was enjoyed both by myaelf and the residents. I was well looked after on the occasion by the staff.
