Osbourne Lodge in Bournemouth is a little gem - especially if you are lucky enough to stay in the Guest Suite! This is my third stay and I always look forward to returning. Very grateful to the lovely team.

I think the job of lodge manager is not an easy one, but Estie does it with professionalism, common sense, good communication and good humour.

I moved into Elgar Lodge, Malvern on 19th June to meet Mark Dean, fairly new into post, but already getting to grips with the job. A perfect choice I may say (having been an HR manager myself, in the past). He made me very welcome & has been key to confirming that I was right to make this my future home.
I have been in hospital for 11 days & respite care for 10 days since 19 June. Mark has made my transition from my old home & throughout these dilemmas easy & been very supportive - I thank him v much.

She has been such an inspiration when it comes to time management & balancing many tasks at the same time, while still maintaining a sense of calm & humour in stressful situations, something that is to be aspired to!

It's been almost a year since my mum moved into Brindley Lodge, Sale, and it's honestly been the best thing she could've done!
Having made the decision to downsize and to consider retirement living, my mum looked at various options in the local area to get a feel for what it was going to be like. Brindley Lodge stood out by far, exceeding all our expectations. We were both very impressed with the warm reception, especially from Anne, the Lodge Manager. She understood the emotions and feelings associated with such a big decision, and very sensitively and naturally put us both at ease, making us feel very welcome and answering all of our questions. The residents that we met during our tour of the facilities were very friendly and had such positive things to say. It felt like such a homely and comfortable place, and that initial visit made my mum's mind up, and she hasn't looked back! Its private and secure location within the town centre is perfect, with all the usual amenities and great transport links. The community within Brindley Lodge is great, with a wide variety of weekly activities and social events to join in with should you wish. Anne is very personable and a great asset to Brindley Lodge, ensuring that everyone feels included, respected and supported, and maintaining her professionalism at all times. Our experience overall has been such a positive one that I have recently recommended Brindley Lodge to a friend who's parent was considering a move into retirement living to be closer to the family. After meeting with Anne and viewing Brindley Lodge, the move is going ahead! I'm so glad that my mum made the choice that she did!

Just been to Moorhouse lodge. Looks like a lovely place to be. All the residents we spoke to told us how good it was. We found it friendly and welcoming. The manager was friendly and supportive.

The manager of Meyer Court in Exeter- Jeanette Honey - went above and beyond for my mum who lives there. Mum was having trouble with the aerial recently and Jeanette very kindly brought her own tv down to mums flat to test the aerial. She then researched mums make of tv and found out how to do a full reboot which fixed the problem. When family don't live close by, it is so re-assuring to have a manager who looks out for those who live there. Many thanks Jeanette

I had a very comfortable stay here whilst visiting my parents. The room is clean and spacious with a lot of natural light.

Waterside Lodge
My mum’s experience at Waterside Lodge was a very positive one & Wendy the Lodge Manager was very helpful & caring towards myself & my mother. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live there.

I find our lodge manager, Brenda, a friendly and helpful person. She has always done her best for me especially when my husband passed away

We stayed in the guest suite at Connecticut Lodge Hertford and were very impressed. The suite was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable, and Jane (the Manager) couldn’t have been more welcoming on arrival and during our stay. Thank you!

Eve the manager at Aldridge is simply outstanding she goes way beyond what she has to do

Liz is always bright and cheerful, and greets you with a friendly smile and hello.
Nothing is too much trouble for her residents and she treats them like family

We have had only good experiences when dealing with Churchills management and especially when dealing with Jayne the lodge manager at Perran Lodge in Newquay.
Jayne is always professional and equitable on every issue that may have arisen during our four year relationship and ownership of our apartment at Perran Lodge, Newquay.

The room was really nice with very comfortable beds. It was lovely having a mini fridge, kettle and bathroom . It was just round the corner from my mother, so the perfect place for a stay.

The lodge manager Chris Kellow is always very helpful and supportive throughout all of our visits to Tregolls Lodge Truro. I would go as far to say he always goes above and beyond to help our visits run smoothly. The Guest suite always smells lovely, and is comfortable, clean and tidy. It's location in Truro is great to explore the city and the local Cornish area.

This place is so clean! We have used the guest room several times visiting my Dad and it’s like a hotel! The building is finished to a high standard with plush carpets and fittings. Joe is very friendly and does a great job managing the place.
