We are blessed to own an apartment at Meyer Court in Exeter. We love living here. We have recently had a relative to stay in the guest suite. This is her second visit. She absolutely loved it. So clean and welcoming and comfortable. Our lodge Manager Jeanette made sure everything was provided that was needed. She is always available if any guest should need anything. First class experience. We have today booked our relative to come back next year. We thoroughly recommend this Lodge to anyone looking for a brilliant place to live or to visit your relatives and stay in this lovely guest suite. Christine and David

All the owners and Kim the Manager made us very welcome at Beecham Lodge, Cirencester. The guest suite was very clean and inviting as you entered the room. It was an ideal place for us to stay whilst visiting family in the area. Thanks to everyone whom we met.

Concorde Lodge, Filton. My mother has recently had to leave Concorde lodge after 13 years as a resident, and I just wanted to say thanks to John the lodge manager for his amazing contribution to making my Mum (and Dads) time at Concorde Lodge so enjoyable. My Dad always said moving there was the best thing he and my Mum had done and the friendly atmosphere at the lodge and Johns' constant cheerful help and involvement was a large part of that. Thanks John!

The staff at Churchill Living have always been very helpful and extremely polite, most recently Vivien at Spitfire Lodge, Southampton. My wife always mentions how pleasant an atmosphere she felt at the property.

My wife and I recently had some remedial work done in our apartment (the usual things on a new build movement cracks etc).
I have to say the workman David Miles that was sent from Churchill Living was excellent.
He couldn’t be more respectful and considerate, bearing in mind the work that had to done made no mess and caused hardly any disruption and is a credit to his profession.

Where do we even begin?

My 91-year-old father-in-law, Ron, first fell in love with
Engelman Lodge around three years ago, when the site was still a factory. Seeing the site being transformed into the beautiful development it is today has been incredible — and having Ron finally move into No 1 this week has been truly life-changing for all of us.

Throughout our journey, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Maggie. She’s incredibly patient, kind, compassionate and caring, and she’s made every step of the process feel as easy and stress-free as possible.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the complex itself is just as impressive. Nothing has been overlooked, from the alarms and security to the thoughtful lighting around the switches. Every detail has been carefully considered, and everything is simply impeccable. It’s a truly wonderful place for Ron to call home.

There really aren’t enough words to thank Maggie and the whole Churchill team for everything they’ve done.

Ron moved into his new home this week, and seeing the smile on his face has been priceless. Knowing that, when we drive away, he’s safe, happy and settled in his beautiful new home is just wonderful.

Thank you, Maggie, and thank you to everyone at Churchill who has helped make this possible. Your care, patience and professionalism have meant more to our family than you’ll ever know.

We’re so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to spend lots of happy times together at Engelman Lodge.

We visited Clinton Lodge in Lymington twice with a view to purchasing an apartment for my Mother who is looking to relocate from Essex. The property is beautiful and we had such a warm welcome from both the host and Corrine in sales who was exceptionally good. My sisters and I first visited without our mother to check it out for suitability and when we did take her along Corrine got everything we had previously said to her absolutely spot on. We were so impressed with her care, consideration and knowledge. I would highly recommend you visit this lovely later living property as it has so much to offer and has an excellent standard of customer service.

Having been let down by another retirement living company, we were quickly invited to view available apartments for rental at Bond Lodge, after our enquiry on behalf of mum, and met with the very lovely Sally and Alison in the Sales team who were so kind, understanding and reassuring. Everything was handled in a relaxed way, which was a comfort to us, given dad passed away at the beginning of the year and so we wanted to ensure mum felt comfortable and welcomed at such an anxious and unsettling time. Also, thanks to Kayley at Churchill who was equally reassuring and helpful. We are looking forward to meeting with some of the residents ahead of mum's move, when we pop along for afternoon tea soon. Thank you again for a great start!

Where do I start.
If you are thinking of letting your property through Churchill sales and lettings, PLEASE think again and use just about anybody else. They really are the worst company you could choose. Their service is worse than appalling, they don’t answer emails and they make so many mistakes.
My tenants have moved in and now a week later they tell me the agreement has to be done for a third time, I have no documents relating to the letting and have no idea where any of my money is.
The best person I dealt with has left and it went drastically down hill since then. They really don’t seem to have a clue and the worst thing is you just get ignored. They just don’t care.
Even the General Manager has ignored my email.
Their website has been down for nearly two weeks and this really doesn’t inspire any confidence.
Totally incompetent company - avoid at all costs.
Update:
Email contact from the Lettings Director who is the most dismissive and condescending senior manager I have ever had dealings with. I suggest that this is the route of all their problems. They simply follow the lead. (Oh and still no money)

I recently stayed in the guest suite at Knights Lodge, Lymington, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Sharon, the Lodge Manager, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me where everything was within the lodge, and provided all the information I needed for my stay.

The guest suite itself was impeccable. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and beautifully presented. The room felt light and airy, the décor was lovely, and everything was thoughtfully arranged and in perfect condition.

A lovely touch was the refreshments provided in the room, including tea bags, sugar, milk, and biscuits, which made me feel very welcome after arriving.

I particularly appreciated the visitor parking space that was provided, as parking nearby is limited. This made the stay even more convenient and stress-free.

The information provided in the room was excellent, especially for someone staying in the guest suite for the first time. It clearly explained everything I needed to know, including check-out procedures and where to leave the key when departing.

The lodge's communal areas were also beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming, with excellent facilities throughout.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with my stay and would happily visit again. A special thank you to Sharon for her warm welcome and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Knights Lodge to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality accommodation in a beautiful setting.
