Ordered my p40 pro + on Sunday 16th of August 2020, got told to come collect it, upon collection I get told the lady ordered the wrong phone but the guy next to me got my phone and this I know for a fact.

I got phoned to make sure of the color and the phone. So how they got it wrong baffles me.

I will never support your store

Bad experience ever! I received a secondhand tablet with some pieces missing from the box. I will never ever order anything from this Cellucity!

What can isay, its close to my contract ending and with the hassles i had in the beginning when applying almost two years ago. The Canal walk branch has resolved my issue in no time and i am so happy with the service i have received back then that i will be doing my upgrade again with them on my new iPhone.

Very Bad Experience. Bought a Phone which had screen failure after 1 week where half of the screen became pixelated. Device was exchanged after 3 months after being declared "OBF". One year later and atill under warranty the new device had exactly the same identical issue. I returned the device to thesho and after 2 weeks I was infored that warranty won't cover the failure because the device has scratches of everyday use and that I have to pay R4028 for screen replacement. This is not acceptable and I have reported the matter to the CGSO (Consumer Goods & Services Ombud) and will also institute a Civil Claim against CelluCity.

--UPDATE--

Now 7 days later with no further feedback whatsoever to a simple problem. Not interested in being helpful. Stay Away!! Am continuing with complaint at CGSO to have matter referred to Ombudsmsn.

Just to update You all, it is more than a year later and nothing has been resolved. They lied to the Ombudsman and my case was dismissed but finally I managed to lodge a new case with the FTC but this time I sent al the communications and proper information and they gauranteed me this time I will get results. I was forced to buy a new phone though because after receiving my phone back from Cellucity it was so damaged that whenever I unplug the charger it would go in to boot loop until I replug it again and the navigation buttons didn't work anymore after they had given it back.

Bottom line ...

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Almost 2 Years later now. Never solved. I gave up since they lied to the Ombudsman and supplied fake info amd got my case dismissed!! Smh.. Scammers

Tobisa Ntshinka was a star. Service and intimate knowledge of products - superior!! Technology can be intimidating but she made it seamless and effortless. After having been told that another cellphone store would contact me once they could assist. Still waiting 11 hours later.... I did an upgrade with Tobisa in a very pleasant way. They just did everything with such competence. Thank you Lee Daniel's too.

Worse service ever, pathetic. 5 days without a landline and we get blamed for not answering, Coz we busy with clients, will not recommend this company

I bought an S10 for my wife and had a screen protector applied in store on the 8th March 2020. (I have previously used cellucity to upgrade 4 previous cell phone contracts)
I noticed that it was coming loose a month later and messaged Rynhardt, who was the salesman. At this time it was during the 1st lockdown and he advised returning to the store when they were open again.
My wife then returned to Cellucity Canalwalk on the 23rd May and Lee attended to her to replace the screen protector, having complaining about refitting it in the first place. 15 minutes later, i returned to the store with the phone showing that Lee had placed the screen protector very skew.
I have never ever had someone be so rude to me and giving me attitude about not being happy with the new one which he had applied. He also spoke negatively of his fellow staff member, Rynhardt.
Lee clearly requires training in many aspects of his job.
I then asked to speak to the manager and Gino then got involved.
Gino, who has no clue about the customer protection act, proceeded to tell me that the warranty time had been lapsed. Me, being extremely knowledgeable on the customer protection act (my wife being an attorney), just thought i would accept his offer of having to redo the screen for the third time.
i was in the store for half an hour, watching Lee, google the process of applying the screen protector correctly.
(the cctv footage will confirm all of this)
I then told someone else who works at cellucity about my ordeal, after which she advised Gino and i was promised a refund or another application of the screen protector.
Obviously i would never trust them to re-apply it with any confidence so i opted for a refund.
1 month later and I've still not heard from Gino, nor received the refund
I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND CELLUCITY CANALWALK.
I WOULD NOT EVEN SPEND 10 RAND IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY WHO WANTS PEACE OF MIND WHEN PURCHASING ANYTHING TO AVOID THIS STORE.

My husband went to your Kenilworth branch needing a new phone badly. He had no idea which phone was best suited to he's needs but Wesley Derris went above and beyond he's duty explaining everything and went out of he's way to get everything done for him that my husband even ended up taking 2 phones. Everything was done so efficiently. He is really an asset to your company. We have received amazing service from him and I would recommend Cellucity anytime just because of the service we received from him. Keep up the excellent work Wesley. Continue to do your work with such pride. We appreciate it.

I have applied for a contract at the Cellucity store at N1 city. At first I thought the service was great as I was able to complete my application without going all the way into the store as it was sent via email. I completed the forms and sent this all back on the 10/06/2020. The consultant came back to me the stating it was approved but I needed to make a payment first which I was more then happy to do but then she tells me that I need a link and for some reason she could not send the link via email but she will consult with their IT as this payment needs to be made directly to Vodacom. The following day I have not received any email and I had to follow up by calling the store the consultant helping me with the application says she has still not had any feedback from their IT but she will get back to me. The next day I have had no feedback I called the store again to ask if I can pay in store rather and was told no it should be made via this link and was told again they will be in contact with me. I have had no one contact me since Friday when I called the store and I had to send another email to follow up! The poor customer service I am receiving is beyond me why is no one following up with your IT department or with Vodacom about the link I am waiting for. How is it so difficult to apply for a contract? Why should I as the customer follow up and no one gets back to me as promised?!

I was assisted by Steven at your Cellucity/Vodacom branch in Canalwalk. The service from when i entered the door was beyond my expectation! I was assisted in a matter of seconds. I was looking to take out Fibre with Vodacom and i must say, in just a few days i received my package as this was expedited by Steven due to my irregular working hours. He made sure i received my parcel on time and explained everything i need to know about Fibre. Big Ups to Vodacom for appointing such a professional, friendly chap! Well done Steven!!! :)

Best service I have received from any of the cell phone shops. With problems I had with my LTE and Fibre I received more help from Cellucity than Vodacom, even though I had a Vodacom contract. Special mention must go to Phillip from Cellucity Bay West who continually followed up, we need more staff like Phillip. This is my second contract though Cellucity and with this ok d of service I will definitely come back.
