I dealt with Reon at Cellucity, Pavilion. His service was brilliant. He even gave his cell number to WhatsApp at any time, day or night. He explained everything thoroughly and I received my fibre within 4 days after being told it would take between 4 - 8 weeks! Very impressive and I would recommend Reon anytime

During Lockdown it was both my birthday and my son birthday on 23 April. He turned 13 and really wants a phone for birthday. I need to thank Cellucity for their patience on my queries on their page the service was excellent.

When the store opened at Kenilworth recently it was so good to see all the guys back, at the stage their was not a phone within our budget yet and we decided to wait a bit for our son's phone as lockdown created restrictions on our budget. But the guys at the store knows us as we purchase our accessories at KC and we love the vibe and friendliness

Sadly we heard one of the staff members contracted Covid and we wish them safety and a speedy recovery

Cell phone is what I ordered. No thanks to FNB, their"system" made payment a prolonged pain.Cell phone is still not working, thanks to "lockdown"; too bad Cellucity didn't offer SIM -- I need Cell C sim on old number, and Cell C is closed during lockdown level 5. Hope Cell C is open tomorrow.

My order arrived. On the day it was supposed to arrive. Effective communication .

Not that bad. I order my cell phone online late evening. The following day nobody calls back or email l thought l was scammed because I never heard about them l just google. I did follow up the second day around 5pm l contacted them then l was given invoice online and track number. It was Thursday when l bought my cell phone and l received a it Wednesday the following week. It took me 6 days to receive it. They need follow up but l am happy l have my cellphone thank you cellucity.

I Bought my items on the 13th and i only received it now on the 23rd and no communication from courier what so ever, I suggest you get a different courier RAM is not it.
