I have been using Cellucity at The Paddocks in Milnerton, Western Cape for my last 4 upgrades and I will NEVER go anywhere else. I have referred family and friends who all came out saying they wish they had known about their amazing service sooner. The staff are fantastic, knowledgable and very friendly. Not sure if I am allowed to name the lady who always helps me but she is truly a jewel!

Have placed on order 4days ago excluding weekend and I still haven't received my item. The worst part is that the website still shows processing and the order has already been processed. There is no way to track the order live. The only way is to send an email which no response was received. It is best to pay a few hundred Rand's more buying from an online store such as Takealot.

From a customers point of view this level of service is completely unacceptable. Majority of stores would get you your products purchased under 24-48hours tops. Never will I buy from Cellucity again

I hope this email finds you well. I would like to appeal to You about the biased outcome of My complaint about CelluCity which has taken My money for a defective device and upon investigation, they forged a signature which they claim to be mine which is not and can be proven easily(This is direct fraud committed) and they have also forged documents to maliciously degrade my case against them which upon request from have not been investigated and is not acceptable.

I bought a phone for R13 000 from them in December 2018, after 2 weeks of use half the screen went pixelated and I returned it. They were full of excuses and after 3 months of arguing and threatening they finally replaced the device with a new one and the old device has been declared "OBF"(Out of Box Failure" The new device worked fine for a year then same happened. Half of the screen went pixelated and unusable. I contacted their regional manager which confirmed that the specific model has hardware failure all over the world.(See link below from HMD Global forum) And He said I should return the device to the shop at "The Grove Mall" and they will have it sorted immediately.

There are hundreds of this model that has the exact same hardware design flaw.

I returned the device to the shop where it has been inspected and no damage was found so they didn't fill the inspection sheet. When the case was investigated they claimed the device had physical damage and was abused. I requested the inspection sheet that as a norm, when a damaged device is received it is filled and signed by the customer.(Me in this case) They couldn't provide this as and failed to submit it because there was none. It is only after the investigation had been concluded that they sent Me the attached document with a signature of a different person stating the alleged damages and abuse they claimed towards the ombud and have my case dismissed. They are the ones who damaged the device purposely because they never thought that I would report them and when I did they were backed into a corner.

Please also see the attached Estimate from the Vodacom repair centre which I managed to get from them WHERE THEY STATE CLEARLY THAT THE DEVICE MALFUNCTION IS DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURE AND THEY RECOMMEND THE DEVICE BE SWOPPED OUT BECAUSE PARTS ARE OBSOLETE. This information has never been disclosed and they hoped that it would never get into My, or the Investigating Officer's hands.

I repeat, Please look at the hard evidence and how they maliciously derailed the investigation and forged documents fraudulently to not stand for their faults and so they continue to rob consumers of their basic rights. Everything is attached here as hard evidence and can not be overlooked.

Please I ask again, please review all the detail and see for yourselves. You can even contact the Repair centre to confirm legitimacy of the attached Document which I have also attached another modified copy I received from the shop where they had removed the part stating mechanical failure and replacement recommendation.

We were SO impressed with Gary from your Cellucity Canal Walk branch! His service standards were beyond exemplary, despite the fact that we had about 7 or 8 things we needed done, and that we endeavoured to achieve this with 3 kids to contend with. Gary was professional, extremely knowledgeable about his products and attended to us, with all of our questions, in a tolerant and patient manner. He is truly an asset to your branch and will definitely be our go-to for any cellular needs. Well Done and Thank YOU! :-)

I took out a contract online, I called to check the progress and spoke to Steven Daniels(Cellucity Cavendish Square). He followed up and called me with feedback. On the same day, he had it sorted. Amazing service. I am impressed, well done and keep it up!

The service is easy and okay. Delivery is took so long. I'm very disappointed with their delivery, 7 days waiting and i had to collect by myself.
