Recently went to Cellucity in Canal walk and had such a pleasant and wonderful service by Bandile and Jade. They both assisted me in a professional manner and definitely recommend them to any customer.

For over 8-12 months I have been trying to get my vodacom contracts, paid up, settled and cancelled. Dealing with Vodacom and its staff rarely brings joy!. I enlisted the help of Reon at Cellucity at The Pavilion shopping mall. Reon has been absolutely incredible in dealing with my issues. He is professional and patient and completely understands the environment.
Notwithstanding the fact that it is in general difficult having to deal with Vodacom and it’s staff, particularly when one wants to settle and cancel a contract, he was able to intervene, resolve my complaints and provide exceptional services in bringing the matter to conclusion. It’s quite rare to find someone in this industry who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers receive good service.

i am extremely pleased by the warm, friendly ,patient consultant that provided me with excellent service.

The consultant gave me her full, undivided and extremely helpful and patient attention as I signed up for a new simcard contract with Vodacom - my recent experiences with Vodacom branches ranging from TOXIC (Bayside) to not very helpful or communicative (Canal Walk - no-one answers the branch landline!).
It was a pleasure doing business with her and with this branch. I can highly recommend it, and will certainly return.

After numerous phone calls to the store i was told I'm not able to get what I was looking for. Walked into the store was greated by friendly staff member Tara. She assisted me and no time she made sure I got the deal and accessories I required. Thank you Tara for the assistance friendliness and the little humor. Cellucity can be proud of staff members like you. Well done and I hope the next person is just as satisfied as what I was.

I have only dealt with Cellucity in Cavendish for all my upgrades and have really been impressed with their professionalism. However my last upgrade was for the Samsung Note 20 ultra which I did on the 14 Nov 20. The deal included a Samsung 32inch TV. To date 24 Jan 21 I am yet to receive my TV. I have on numerous occasions contacted Samsung regarding this as well as the Cavendish store. I am deeply disappointed in Samsung as well as the store. I have never been given such a run around by Samsung like this before and am in the process of trying to get my contract deem nul and viod due to their breech. I encourage senior management to contact me regarding this matter

Cellucity insurance is absolutely incompetent in what they do , I've sent my device in for repairs on the 23rd of December 2020 and was told 7 to 21 working days , it's now 18 days and after many calls and visits to the Galleria mall cellucity theres still no feedback! Even from the store manager . I have to call or go in store to get feedback which is absolutely not right , I've called the repair company personally as well , theres so much more to mention , I've taken a 2nd contract with cellucity this month and I feel as if I'm not a valued customer *(and theres always an excuse of short staff and covid 19 issues)

I’m not usually one to take time out to write a review after visiting a store but I must say that the service I received after visiting cellucity in waterfront was absolutely astounding.

I usually spend over an hour in stores when making a purchase because of the papers that needs to be signed etc. but I was extremely impressed by Mogammad Saalih Abader at the waterfront branch, he had the entire process done in half an hour and I left that store extremely happy.

I was also impressed by the team work shown by Saalih, his colleague Zainab as well as Mathew.

I will definitely be visiting that branch again.

I purchased a handset from CelluCity at Hemingway’s mall in East London 29/12/2020. The phone did not switch on so I sent it back to the store the following day. To date 06/01/2021, the phone is “being assessed by VodaCom in Johannesburg” and I do not have a replacement. To make matters worse, the managers tone of voice is very condescending whenever I call and now the store is no longer answering my calls. I no longer know what to do.

Thank you so much to Roger and the whole team at Cellucity Canal Walk yesterday 02/01/21. Their fast and efficient service turned my nightmare of a stolen phone into the delight of a new handset on the day. I rate them so highly from the warm reception at the entrance, to their overall customer service and technical expertise. They are also adhering to top notch Covid protocols instore. Many thanks. Awesome customer service from the onsite Apple technician, Henco and the frontline staff. I was assisted immediately upon entering the store by a customer consultant. Then referred to a technician, who actually made the time to attend to my query and actually explain exactly what he was going to do in order to try and resolve my cellphone problem. Henco managed to solve my issue within 30 minutes. Iam really happy dealing with Cellucity Canal Walk. Great team! Keep up the awesome work guys!

worse service ever since i bought a phone online on black friday 27th even to date 15th December i havent recieved anything, i got 5 comfirmation emails that my order has been dispatched, i called ,more than 6 times and every consultant i speak to promises il get it during the course of the week, spoke to a guy named Castro he assured me il be getting my delivery during the week, and that was 2 weeks back. when i use the online chat service they jus tell me they have escalated the matter and someone will call me same day, i havent recieved a call from anyone in this company, im the one who always use my airtime to follow up on something that doesnt even seem to be there,this company has the worst online service, unreliable and incompetant consultants and the most horrible communication structure ever.
