The instant offer worked really well…
The instant offer worked really well for the sale of my Holden Trax. The whole process was a breeze and the buying company gave me a very fair price for the vehicle, then transferred the funds to my account after inspection. Thoroughly recommend this service.

Sophisticated tech kicking me out
Their sophisticated technology has kicked me out on a few occasions. I'm sick of it. Instead of kicking me out get your sophisticated tech to ask a question or give me a capture or something. Nothing more frustrating than a machine saying no to a human

No issues with Carsales the buyer was the problem
No issues with Carsales, the process was easy. My issue was the buyer that was disappointing... they came in with a high offer via carsales then after inspection dropped it by $600 with no explanation until I asked why, the reason wasn't true so i rejected and went another route and was able to get the original offer no issue. Felt like they saw a woman with a child and tried to get it on the cheap.

Hi Mel,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Instant Offer did not meet your expectations.
After reviewing your details, I can confirm that during the vehicle inspection, several factors were identified that resulted in an adjustment to the original offer. As the buyer is unable to fully assess a vehicle until it has been inspected in person, some issues may only become apparent at that stage and therefore cannot always be reflected in the initial quote.
If you would like to discuss the outcome in more detail, please feel free to contact our team on 13 72 53. We'd be happy to explain the assessment and answer any questions you may have.

Got to the dealership and they offered me 1k under the minimum,
Said if I wanted to use the instant offer they had to put it thought through the work shop and they will look for anything to bring it down to the price they are covering 13k instead of 15-14.3k. Follow up turn down the instant offer so they didnt have to pay carsales the price and I ended up with 1k less than the minimum

Payment bullshit
Promised payment very quickly, send you an Osko screenshot, but it doesn't happen, have to call and hassle them, then suddenly the payment appears, don't hand over your keys until you see the money

Robert,
We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback regarding the payment process. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure smoother transactions.
Seamless and transparent sale process
The process was very prescriptive and clear from the get go. Following 2 spam agents which requested a VA, the process with the 3rd enquiry or buyer saw the sale through within the fortnight. The exchange took place at a mutual location before advancing to the residence so that the car could be stripped as part of this transaction. I applaud and thank the buyer for supporting and following through with this trusted process.
