Hi Dan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Instant Offer did not meet your expectations.
After reviewing your details, I can confirm that during the vehicle inspection, several factors were identified that resulted in an adjustment to the original offer. As the buyer is unable to fully assess a vehicle until it has been inspected in person, some issues may only become apparent at that stage and therefore cannot always be reflected in the initial quote.
If you would like to discuss the outcome in more detail, please feel free to contact our team on 13 72 53. We'd be happy to explain the assessment and answer any questions you may have.
Vey transparent and very honest
Vey transparent and very honest. Any reasons for a lower price were clearly articulated such as paint damage and small dents. Maurice from easycarbuyers was great. ECB provided a very fast turnaround.

Carsales is a joke
Carsales is a joke. It would take too long to write. Between poor managment of the marked badges that dissadvatage the top tier cost to advertise. I also called service for this that admitted this is more negative to me that paid for the top tier ad cost. And that I was making a logical point. To eanting to mute my phone missing potential buyers. Because carsalrs thinks that someone who pays top ad cost. You can bombard them with notifications that is totally git nothing to do with selling my car and connecting with a buyer. Will never use carsales again. Total rubbish.

Quick and Hassle-Free Trade-In Experience
I had a great experience trading in my Mitsubishi Triton through Carsales Instant Offer with Von Bibra. The process was quick, straightforward and hassle-free. The team at Von Bibra was professional, friendly and made everything easy from the initial valuation through to completing the trade-in. I was happy with the outcome and would recommend the service to anyone looking for a convenient way to sell or trade their vehicle.

Very easy, great value, takes all the labour out of the process, and excellent secure cash transfer
Very easy, this is the second car I have sold through Carsales, and it was even smoother this time. There were a lot less scammers tgis time around, so Carsales have been really good at stopping that. The new payment function protecting both the buyer & seller and delivering the money instantly is just fantastic.

Tried the instant car sales offer
Tried the instant car sales offer.
Got the dealer to reach out and got it inspected. Just makes up a dishonest story about the price being incorrect from carsales and includes sunroof where as my exact model does not have any sunroof at all.
Very disappointed with the feature and does not work in real time with honesty. The price was reduced by more than 3k on the actual valuation and not because of faults but blaming on the fact that the data was incorrect. Pretty bad for a company that relies on customer trust and can never trust or recommend this to anyone as its just not accurate nor the customer service cared about the dealership when I called them.
