Helpful, but.........
Very helpful staff but alarm delivered with incorrect cable, so didn’t connect. This left my almost 86 year old mum feeling that the alarm “wouldn’t work” and undermined her confidence in having one.
We have rectified this with her but checks before the alarms are sent out need to be more thorough it seems.

Hello,
Firstly, thanks very much for choosing us for your careline alarm. I'm sorry you had some bother with the correct cable being sent out in the first instance. I can completely see why this might put some doubts in your Mum's head. I can assure you that this isn't a common occurrence and unfortunately was just human error. This has been fed back to our dispatch department.
Please, if you have any questions or concerns at all, don't hesitate to call us. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
All the best,

The service was quick and easy, the kit arrived next day and was straight forward to install.
If I had one criticism it would be that the initial registration process was a little long-winded with some duplicate questions
