Business Waste Arvostelua

Thank you so much Declan for your very quick help and solving my issue.

We had a very good experience with this company while closing down our business. Daniel Greenwood was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting our account closed and made what could have been a complicated process straightforward and stress free. It was reassuring to have such good support at a time when there were lots of other things to take care of. Highly recommended for their helpful and professional service.

Toby what a kind welcoming guy. Sorted our issues out in minutes. Great deal and hope to have a long standing relationship with them.

Jessie was a great help in ensuring our rescheduled bin collection was completed due to our original collection not being able to go ahead. Jessie went above and beyond to ensure that the situation was sorted as soon as possible and checked in with us throughout. Amazing customer service, thank you

I have been a client of Business Waste for 11 years and have never had any issues with their service. Recently, I received an offer from another company, so I contacted Business Waste to see if they could match it, and they actually beat the other offer.

I dealt with Lily Hall, who was extremely helpful. She replied to my emails very quickly, and the whole process was easy, straightforward and efficient. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Our case was very complex but Declan at Business Waste was extremely helpful with constant phone calls and communication which allowed us to sort out our issue most efficiently. 10/10 would recommend this business with their excellent communication skills and efficiency.

Whilst we've had a lot of problems with collections not happening etc Jessie Rudland - our contact at Businesswaste - has been amazing at sorting out the issues and keeping in contact whilst things haven't been great. We've decided to stick with Businesswaste as a reuslt.

When we had issues with our bin collections over a number of weeks, Sam May, Internal Account Manager was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond and sorted the issue for us promptly. We have regular catch ups to check in and ensure we are still happy and have no further issues. Very happy with his service to date.

Business Waste have been great, we had an issue with a supplier becoming unreliable and untrustworthy, Niamh in particular has been my point of contact and my preference for future communications, she has gone above and beyond in trying to resolve our issue, resulting in changing providers. Very happy with the level of service received. Keep up the good work.

Used this company for several months and I'd must say the customer service is exceptional. They sort out issues quickly letting you get on with more important things. Dealt with Daniel today. Thanks again.
