Bunches delivered a fabulous bunch of flowers to an old friend of mine now residing in a care home. She commented how attractive they were with the autumnal colours.

Ordered some flowers as a gift, they arrived but did not look similar in size to the picture shown on the website. Very mis-leading for £50! Would recommend Interflora in future.

I had a great experience with bunches

I had a great experience with bunches! I live abroad and wanted to send my mum flowers in the uk. However I specifically wanted a personalised card. Everything was delivered very quickly and the card and flowers were perfect. My mum is really happy and commented on how strong the smell of the flowers is. I would definitely use them again!

I was very disappointed with Bunches

I was very disappointed with Bunches. My delivery didn't arrive till well after after 6pm on the day. No one was home to take the delivery being out to dinner to celebrate the birthday, so the delivery of flowers was left on the door step until after 9pm when they arrived home.

Thank you for getting in touch, and we're sorry to hear the delivery timing got in the way of the birthday celebrations.

Our flower deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and deliveries can take place up until 7:30pm. Unfortunately we're not able to choose a specific delivery time, so we understand how frustrating it must have been for the flowers to arrive while everyone was out celebrating.

The postie will have left the flowers in a safe place, and our bouquets are carefully boxed to keep them protected, so a few hours on the doorstep shouldn't have caused any harm. If you've noticed any damage or wilting, though, please do send us a photo and we'll be happy to take a look. Kind Regards Bunches

Brilliant experience

First time using site it was so easy to order, reasonable prices and the recipient was over the moon with both her flowers and her cookie.
Thank you for helping us cheer someone up who needed a boost.
Will use again

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this has caused. Kind Regards - Bunches
