The website was extremely easy to use, and choosing the flowers I wanted was very simple. The flowers arrived just when they were supposed to. The card accompanying them said they would look very tired, and they did. It also said they'd perk up very quickly, and they did. They were (are) beautiful and put a well-deserved smile on my wife's face.

Ordered on 24th September should have been delivered by 25th September . arrived on 29th September even with don’t open till 26th September written on it. Sad birthday card and I’m away for my boys birthday.

I ordered flowers from Bunches for my sister who had recently lost her cat and the service was brilliant. The website was easy to use and they had an offer on with free postage. The flowers arrived the next day and were beautiful. My sister was delighted with them. Will definitely use Bunches again

The flowers were lovely, but the delivery was poorly managed. I received no notification of a failed delivery, and no card was left at the property or posted online to say delivery had not been completed. The flowers sat at Royal Mail's depot for a week. Only because I contacted the recipient (the gift was intended as a surprise) did I discover the problem and manage to resolve it. Fortunately the flowers are more or less okay, albeit not fresh, but this really was an avoidable problem.

I would ask that you review how failed deliveries are communicated to customers, and confirm what notification should have been sent in this case.

When the flowers arrive, they aren't like they appear on the website—they come smaller. This has happened to me more than once.

I have used Bunches several times and their plants and flowers never disappointed the receiver. I last sent the yellow rose bush to someone who had suffered a bereavement and she thought it a beautiful gift.

I ordered a mini rose plant with a ceramic plant pot, to be sent to my sister for her 60th birthday. I wasn’t expecting too much as plants and cut flowers usually arrive in bud. However, these flowers were in beautiful bloom, and the ceramic pot was lovely too. My sister was delighted with her birthday gift, which made me happy too. Thank you, Bunches.
