BrewDog Arvostelua 

My wife and I bought four cans of ‘Wingman’ to drink on the boat that same evening. Two of them were distinctly off and a very different colour to the ok cans. We had to throw the contents and, being on the boat, we couldn’t just buy some more. I wrote to Brewdog. The Senior Customer Experience Advisor offered to replace like for like (their policy apparently) which, given our concern that we had drank off beer, the inconvenience of being two cans down, and taking the time to write and report it so they could check their quality assurance processes, seems really rather weak customer relations, especially in such a competitive market.

Kate was really good and friendly, she responded quickly and kept in touch to my problems so I am very happy with this performance from a member of the team 👍🏻

Awful service from BrewDog and also from Yodel. Ordered 60 cans beer two weeks ago. After several days contacted BrewDog, no response. Contacted my bank and within a hour had a message from BrewDog saying First dispatch lost in transit ( stolen), they would send replacement. When that failed to arrive( I thought they would have sent it expedited delivery) I’ve tried contacting them again, again no response. Absolutely terrible service and Yodel are just a complete joke.
I’ll never use BrewDog again even though I like the beer

I recently had an issue with some brew dog ipa, I contacted there customer service team and my issue was dealt with very well by Kate (Senior CX Advisor) she responded quickly was very polite and covered every area well.

I made a complaint about one of the products and it was handled perfectly, by Kate (Senior CX Advisor) which completely restores my customer satisfaction when acted on so swiftly. Really good contact, great job!

Nice to get free delivery but no so keen on the battered cans, looks like I’ve purchased them from the bargain bin.

Kate did a great job of fixing me up with replacement drinks after the ones I had purchased tasted particularly weird. All was resolved very quickly and professionally. Thank you!

Disappointing experience after years or successful online orders.

Primarily due to the courier it must be said but the lack of response from Brewdog is the real sticking point.
An auto response tells you they are online only and do not send a chase message or you will lose your place in the queue. Currently 10 days into waiting with no response and noting the above, no way to ask for an update. Not great.

Long story short
- a large order of beers arrived with the boxes badly damaged. (Yodel just drop the boxes and clear off - there is no opportunity to reject)
- multiple items missing.
- every single loose can damaged (many salvageable though).

Would hope for a resolution soon but left quite disheartened to date.

Basically, I ordered a case and noted right away I had not claimed Blue Light Card discount. My fault initially indeed.

I mailed right way but guess what? They only replied after the item had been dispatched so of course it was impossible to cancel. It gets a bit stranger as BrewDog say they currently do not deal with Blue Light Card, and Blue Light Card say they do on their site and in promotions.

Customer service were quick to reply and I discussed reusing delivery which I was told was an option. Well I was in the house when Yodel just dumped two large boxes on my doorstep with no attempt to ring bell or contact even though the door was open. I have the video footage to prove it.

What has changed? Placed an order, arrived, damaged cans
Contact BrewDog, few days later receive a response asking for same details
Now emails bounce back, mailbox is full. No phone number no response

Invested literally thousands into Brewdog as an Equity for Punks shareholder. All Equity for Punks investments were lost entirely when they sold on the company. Everybody waited for the float that never happened.

Ordered some beer after the PunkOG announcment and it arrived quickly, and exactly as ordered, and that was with a fragile glass in the box. While I'm not the most prolific when it comes to ordering beer, every time I do it is an easy and straight forward experience.

Ordered 48 cans of punk on Thursday lunchtime with my PUNKOG offer arrived Saturday at 4pm by Yodel excellent service thank you 👏🏼to all

J’aime beaucoup cette bière en revanche je n’en dirai pas autant du service client. Face à une commande de 100 euros jamais arrivé. Je demandais au moins un remboursement Toute demande reçoit d’avoir la même réponse disant qu’ils sont débordés et qui peuvent pas répondre. Ensuite nous on passe à autre chose et là ils répondent…. bref étant parti à l’étranger, je n’ai pas répondu tout de suite. On m’a donc renvoyé sur un bureau en Australie, semble-t-il j’ai de nouveau reçu un mail, tout fait m’expliquant qu’il pouvait absolument pas s’occuper de ce qui se passait en France. Donc j’en suis pour 100 € de ma poche avec avec des mails, très longs en anglais, disant que rien n’est possible

Me and my partner were meant to stay at the BrewDog Hotel in Manchester on the Monday after the Manchester Marathon as a treat for him completing it. We had pre-booked the stay using gift vouchers he received for his 30th birthday, only for our booking to be cancelled because the hotels were shutting down.
What’s been especially frustrating is that we were refused our gift vouchers back to use online or in the bar once BrewDog was sold. To make matters worse, on the actual day we were meant to check in, we still received an email asking us to check in anyway — and now seeing adverts promoting stays feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth.
We’ve always been loyal BrewDog customers, which is why this whole experience has been so disappointing.

Placed order 2 weeks ago and still no delivery date, I also contacted BrewDog no response.

Order was re-issued and eventually delivered, a £5 code was sent to me. Still not good that they need telling deliveries are not making it. Do not feel inclined to rate any higher as I waited three weeks.

Honestly, I absolutely love the taste of Punk IPA, normally a lager drinker & I used to purchase Super Bock by the crate. However since they dropped it from 5.2% to 4.7% I have switched over now to Punk IPA & buy 4 crates at a time. The first delivery was just left in the front forecourt in full view to passers by & quite damaged external box with some dented cans within. I did write to complain and ever since every delivery has been outstanding. I really hope Brewdog survives this ADMINISTRATION & continues to provide the exceptional beer we all love

Best beer I have ever tasted I only drink brewdog now punk being my favourite but they great selection there’s not one I don’t like and shipping was quick

Was running low on Elvis Juice and put in an order as I was worried with all the 'changes' happening around Brewdog, that my beloved Elvis Juice may have already left the building, so I needed to stock up. Contacted customer service initially, as the free glass offer wasn't working, which was resolved instantly. Unfortunately, when I received my order there was a small issue with one of the sauces I'd added to my order. I reached out to Brewdog to explain my problem, and Amber in customer services replied straight back with a response and arranged a replacement to be sent to me, and even a little extra something for the inconvenience. I was blown away by not only the speed of how this was resolved, but also the personal interaction and email replies in response. In a world where people are so very quick to complain, it is when things go wrong and how a company reacts and responds that really shows the true value of a great company and its employees, that really matter and care. Amber excelled in every way, and turned what could have been a pretty poor experience, into a memorable one, and keeping a very happy customer.

Order placed on 09/03/26. Yodel meant to deliver between 7am-9pm (which is a ridiculous delivery window). Order did not arrived, instead Yodel updated saying that they tried to deliver at 9.34pm (outside this delivery window) and it was refused at the door. Blatant lie on their part as I was in at that time and no one came to the door. In addition I had followed their tracking route throughout the day and they were all over the north east but never shown in my town. Very poor service, will not be ordering from them again.
