BrewDog Arvostelua 

Ordered some beers 20th October and paid for next day delivery. It's now the 24th and still no sign of the beers. Still waiting for them to come back to me. Shocking service but it will be the last time I use them.

Got a couple of dodgy cans of Punk IPA but Kim was on the case straightaway and we got a new 4-pack replacement within a couple of days. Great customer service.

If it hadn't been for the exceptional work by Kate(senior CX advisor) the star rating would have been much lower. Kate really helped me after a bad experience with the delivery company and sorted out my problem with so much professionalism, I can't thank her enough. A great brewery making lovely beer and staffed by fantastic people.

I had a problem with an order - it came up a few cans short. Within five minutes of hearing from me BrewDog (Kate) had sorted things out and thrown in a few cans extra, Great service, Many Thanks.

No hot chocolate served by staff as he said he cannot be bothered to clean the machine again …. Very poor

This is a review for BD at Gatwick airport. So…I’m not expecting brilliant as I’m a captive customer. By the burger was sad looking, it tasted ok. But that’s a lot bar. However the Apocalypse beer was awful. Fizzy and not ‘gone off’ , but it honestly tasted like dirty water. I should have taken it back.

Missing 6 boxes of Juice Shack, poor attitude by delivery driver, didn’t hang around for me to say there were items missing, he didn’t even close the gate, very rude.

Lost my brew dog shares when they went bankrupt. Signed up again on the new system. Went to castle gate aberdeen brew dog pub. Entitled to my " free" beer for enrollment. Bar man couldn't give a flying f&ck. So unhelpful. So lack of anything. No help with new "Google wallet" which didn't work. Won't be going back.

Terrible service. Left sitting there today for 30 minutes and decided to leave as we where ignored. Not one member of waiting staff came near us to ask if we wanted food of drink , which we did as that's why we booked a table. Terrible. Avoid.

We have always enjoyed coming to BrewDog and have generally had a good experience, so unfortunately this visit was very disappointing.

We ordered dinner and, while the rest of the food was fine, my “Return of the Mac” arrived with chicken that was clearly undercooked/raw inside. I was given a replacement, but unfortunately the chicken in the second dish was also raw.

I raised the issue with a member of staff, but was told that the meat was supposed to look like that. I understand that certain meats, such as beef, can be prepared to different levels of doneness, but chicken should never be served raw or undercooked.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The staff member was not particularly helpful or friendly, and no refund or other meaningful resolution was offered.

Food safety should always be taken seriously, especially when it comes to chicken. Sadly, after this experience, we will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the food preparation and how customer concerns are handled. Brewdog Dublin

Service, food and overall atmosphere is brilliant. We had a minir issue with 1 meal which was addressed immediately and subsequently customer service reply was efficient and very helpful. Cannot fault the pubs or the customer service team.

Senior CX Advisor. She accepted the issue and has sent me a pack of beer for alerting them.

A technical issue inflated the price of the package ordered. My complaint to Customer Services highlighting this issue was speedily dealt with by Kate the Senior CX Advisor to my satisfaction. I am one happy bunny. Thank you.

I ordered the large case of Punk IPS for my nephews upcoming 21st birthday party and despite insisting that someone with ID had to be available to sign for the large box, InPost decided to leave it on my doorstep anyway, despite my having specified my neighbour as my preferred delivery point. As I'm sure you can imagine, when I arrived home, the box was magically absent.

Thanks to Kate and the team at Brewdog, a replacement was sent to my sisters house without any issue (which is also what I should have thought of in the first place).

My husband had an issue with one of the cans of beer we had purchased locally. I contacted BrewDog and Kate could not have been more helpful; she is looking into what caused the issue in the first place and sent my husband some more beer which made him very happy!

Customer service is awesome to be fair. Yes I had an issue with can frothing over, but Kate dealt with the problem professionally and efficiently. Many thanks.

Absolutely waste of my time and money.
Brewfog at Gatwick Airport north terminal is horrible, the food was sad, dry and lukewarm.
The hot dog was below average, the mac cheese looked like prison food and the 1/2 pint of cloudy lemonade tasted bad.

I can't fault the beer. The beer is very very good and I've always liked it.
I took advantage of the home delivery 50 can package.

The delivery service was very poor.
50 cans of beer left on my doorstep in blistering heat on a main road. 🤷🏻‍♂️
This is despite a big sign in my window clearly visible from the doorstep saying do not leave packages unattended.
And I saw the driver read it on my ring camera. Also, I thought it had to be signed for by an over 18-year-old because there was alcohol in the package.
